  1. We're either going to pick Buckner or Jack
  2. Same here we finally get some kind of interior pass rush.
  3. There is no timetable on his return (this is all rumors anyway). But if the rumors are true and Jaylon has nerve damage in his ankle and knee the recovery time is up in the air. He may come back in 2017 or he may be another Marcus Lattimore, a guy who never played a snap for the niners. It isn't worth drafting him high
  4. I can agree with that but taking Jaylon in the second round is too high especially where we are picking. There are going to be a lot of impact players available.
  5. Well from the reports they're saying Jaylon Smith may need a redshirt year. Ozzie really hasn't been a guy to redshirt players. He expects them to make an impact year one.
  6. Buckner, Spence in the first. William Jackson III in the second
  7. Lol Vontae Mack no matter what haha
  8. Or he knows his 40 time it isn't going to be what teams want so he's not going to risk falling
  9. I see it this way if we take Stanley at 6, we cut Monore, but we still have a need at guard. So how does drafting Stanley help us? We're in the same situation the team won't be much better. Or we keep Monroe for one year and have Stanley play guard. All I know is that a LT wasn't the reason why we were 5-11. Im sure there will be better players available at 6
  10. Buckner and Leonard Floyd
  11. I'd draft Aaron Burbridge and Leonte Carroo before Will Fuller.
  12. I think Titans go Tunsil and move Lewan to RT. It will upgrade both positions and protect their franchise qb for the future. I tried to quote @52520andrew but this stupid update keeps quoting 2 week old losts I wouldn't call Derrick Morgan much of an edge rusher. Titans would be foolish to give up on the amount of investment they've put in building their o line(Lewan, Warmack,Pouttasi, Schenke) and spend another high pick on the o line when their 27th ranked scoring defense needs help.
  13. No you couldn't. Teams would slide protection towards Miller. That never happened this season because of Malik and Wolfe they were too good in the middle. Miller always got one on one. Replacing Wolfe and Jackson with average players would've made them very weak against the run and the lack of pass rush inside would also allow teams to double Miller. Miller would eventually beat those double teams, but no way he gets to the QB as fast as he did this season.
  14. Not necessarily, Denver was also very good inside. Derek Wolfe and Malik Jackson were terrors all season long. It made it impossible to slide protection towards Miller or even Ware.
  15. He's definitely athletically gifted, but I'd like to see more tape of him beating tackles off the edge. He absolutely demolishes RBs when blitzing. I really like Sheldon Day. He's plays so much like Pernell McPhee. I'm not sure if he's worth the #6 overall pick but he's definitely a low 1st high 2nd round pick.
  16. There's a video of him running in and grabbing his girlfriend out of the fight. Also there were more than 5 witnesses willing to testify to the fight. If anything Carroos friend Shane Turner was the only one that actually made contact with the alleged victim. We've already interviewed Carroo. I definitely think he's on our radar
  17. No that isn't true. They had him confused for another person. He was exonerated.
  18. I really like this kid Leonte Caroo from Rutgers. He's slowly building hype. He may be the Perriman type of player who wows at his pro day/combine.
  19. Unfortunate play, but teams overcome poor Oline play. Cowboys had the best o line but their qb still got hurt. Look at the teams that have made the playoffs and moved on the past couple of seasons. Their o lines are not the reason why they're there. This season for example. The best LT in the playoffs was probably Jared Veldheer(he was horrible against the panthers). While teams had Michael Oher, Sebastian Volmer, Russell Okung(only had 1 good season), AV(steelers). Drafting a LT at 6 makes absolutely no sense not to mention they're going to struggle big time as they are rookies rarely do LTs play to their draft position the first couple of seasons. Idk what makes you think drafting Tunsil or Stanley is going to solve the answer at LT.
  20. All this LT talk is really annoying lol. We're not taking a LT that high. It's just not an important position anymore.
  21. His sample size is small. Watch the A&M game. Myles Garrett is getting double teamed. Here's another example https://t.co/8i6xuRKXBm
  22. 12/32. Monroe was 15/32 this season. You're going to spend a #6 pick on a tackle that is putting out the same production. Remember that every scout loved Jake Mathews saying that he was the most technically sound tackle to come out in a while, but they say that about every tackle. Go watch Tunsil and Stanley's tape they're not very impressive. I'm not saying they won't be good but they're going to struggle big time and the risk of them not panning out is huge.
  23. It just makes no sense to draft a LT this high. History has shown they under perform big time and have been complete misses. How are you going to argue with that? Having Hurst at LT is going to be just as bad as any rookie LT.
  24. Every player is playing through some sort of injury that just the way the NFL is. As long as your on the field you are healthy. Mathews was the 18th graded tackle not as great as you make think
  25. Reiff is plays at LT. You can't argue with that. Flowers shown promise? He was the lowest graded tackle by PFF this season. He have up 5 sacks, 17 hits(second most) and 47 hurries(the most). Lewan has given up 8 sacks second most in the league. Greg Robinson has given up 3 sacks and 19 hits the most in the league. It's every year people say (insert left tackle name here) is a can't miss player and he's going to dominate and every year it proves to be wrong. The Saints seem like geniuses stealing Terron Armstead in the 3rd round. Benching him his rookie year and now he's a top 5 LT and maybe even better
