  1. Drones? Jeez, just when I thought I seen it all. Forget Alfred Hitchcock's movie "The Birds", we will be horrified by "The Drones" which keeps getting smaller and smaller and we soon will have tens of thousands of them in the skies around the clock, not gonna be fun to deal with.
  2. In your dreams buddy. I got a bridge to sell you in the middle of the desert, you seems to be the perfect buyer. Patriots fan? lol
  3. More Deflategate news, just another diaper explosion. Cannot wait till this all ends with #12 losing this whole thing because he thought lying was his best defense which will end in a major diaper explosion for #12 when all is said and done.
  4. One word is the difference ... video. I bet if there was a video of Peterson whipping his kid too hard or a video showing Hardy using physical force at least 3 times against the woman, they both would be out of a job.
  5. Forsett is a funny guy ... diaper explosions, thanks Forsett for starting my day off with a laugh. Forget about Pollard people, the Ravens does not want him back and neither do I. Plenty of good players out there that would not start trouble within the locker room and calling out the coach.
  6. It's the first news I read this morning regarding Jerry Rosburg. Reading more news of #12 lying is like having diaper explosions on our arms. (Yes, I stole that quote from Forsett which by the way is funny) This whole thing is mind numbing with so much information/misinformation flying around the internet, including incredulous misinformation designed to insult common sense and people's intelligence. I am flabbergasted at the amount of time and several millions of dollars spend for a liar to try to get away with breaking a rule designed to even playing field. Someday this will all end with #12 guilty in the eyes of the NFL. Kinda like that movie, Draft Day where the pre-draft #1 pick lies about the $100 bill on the last page of a playbook. #12 still sticking up for all those lies he has told so far while most of the NFL world (Nearly the entire NFL world without Pats fans) clearly sees he is lying. Crazy isn't it? Just be patient, it will be worth the wait to watch #12 crash hard when it all ends.
  7. I hope K.O. gets voted as a Pro Bowl guard, he is deserving of it based on his skill level and how good he is. He will only get better. For some who thinks he should aim higher (All Pro, Super Bowl etc), it starts with having Pro Bowl type of years which helps better the chances of Ravens making the Super Bowl and earning Pro Bowl years before graduating to All Pro. I am sure he rather be playing in the Super Bowl, even after being voted a Pro Bowl guard. Nothing wrong with aiming for a Pro Bowl type of year, it's a stepping stone to help meet his goals as well as make the team better. I love watching K.O. play, best of luck on K.O. making the Pro Bowl list. I hope we are able to keep him for years to come.
  8. Pads tomorrow and first preseason game in 13 days. Good times ahead.
  9. You're probably right Waller will be kept on IR. Hopefully he will break out next year like Butler did.
  10. Hey y'all, what song would you sing if you were a rookie on the Ravens team? Mine would be "You Make Me Feel Brand New" by The Stylistics (1974).
  11. I really hope we keep Waller around, even on practice squad if he does not make the 53 to better prepare him in our future/next year's plans. Physical physique is not the question as he has across the board measurements to be really good. I think the Ravens can help him get better through fundamentals and honing his skills at the NFL level with patience. I think it would be a mistake to let him go so soon after the draft. Hopefully they will find a way to keep him and guide him along.
  12. Reporters for the most part can get away with belittling players/people with impunity, something ordinary people in real life likely would not get away with. Sad to see a of lack of respect by a lot of reporters who are not smart enough to understand a great reporter can get the point across clearly without using words that degrades players/people. I come from the days of Al Sanders, Jerry Turner, Bob Turk who takes pride in reporting news without resorting to degrading people. I remember the days where editors would get angry at reporters when they show a lack of class. I miss those days when we can just read the news as is and think for ourselves instead of reporters openly degrading people.
  13. As former Ravens cornerback Fabian Washington tweeted yesterday, Webb may be in great shape but may have just run it the wrong way. “You can be in great shape and fail the Ravens conditioning test,” Washington wrote. “It's all about how you run it. If you go too hard on the first 3 you'll be dead on the last 3.” I think Webb paced himself on the first 3 to have plenty of gas left for the last three on the 2nd try.
  14. I knew there was nothing to worry about. Am glad Webb passed the test. One day late is better than being very late. Now it is Tony Lombardi's turn to pass the conditioning test. We're waiting .....
  15. My banner flying across Steelers practice would be "Ravens towels are better than Steelers towels" with a huge oversize Ravens towel flying on the end.
  16. Oh man, I hate reading this kind of news. Hope Perriman will bounce back quickly. Glad everyone else is doing good except Webb to which I am not worried about cause Webb will eventually pass the test.
  17. You can be in good shape physically and not pass an anaerobic test. Remember when Jacoby Jones was in dancing with the stars? He was nearly out of breath by end of dancing his first song. Some people can play at a very high level for 10 seconds with breaks between plays, others will falter after 10 seconds etc. Webb simply have to work on his endurance instead of muscles is all, he'll be fine.
  18. I agree. I have seen countless players admit guilt, take their lumps and end up being a better person/player from lessons learned. #12 is sinking deeper into a quicksand quagmire rather than come out of it a better person by admitting guilt and express contrition.
  19. I hope I live long enough after Flacco retires to pass it down to future generations ... "Once upon a time, one of the NFL's greatest quarterbacks that played for the Baltimore Ravens ....." Much the same way I tell today's generation about Johnny Unitas.
  20. LOL HAHAHAHAHA!!!! That's so darn funny!!!!!
  21. It is mind boggling that Kraft and #12 is still lying and trying to steer people away from the truths. Kraft paid a fine to make it easier for #12? What kind of logic is that? Profess innocence after firing two equipment managers? What kind of logic is that? Destroy a cell phone while knowingly knowing in advance that investigators wanted access to the cell phone and claim it was destroyed because it was broken when broken cell phone can be repaired? What kind of logic is that? Telling the public he is innocent because there was no hard proof when a more than 50% of preponderance of evidence is all is needed, especially when evidences pointed to 3 people and no one else, #12 and the two equipment managers. Let #12 drag it on as long as he wants to, the longer this goes on, the longer his nose gets and the more fun it is to watch #12 tarnished/destroy his own legacy all on his own.
  22. No drama on Ravens football team? Just the way I like it, perfect! Let's play/watch football baby! Go Ravens!
  23. Reading all the recent and future comments from Patriots fans will have me smiling and grinning for weeks. I love it!!! #12 deserves to be suspended, am disappointed that it was not longer than 4 games to begin with but hey, 4 games is nothing to sneeze at either. It's a good day today for those who dislike #12.
  24. So many good players that I am sure some cuts will be felt by Ravens fans. I hope for only two things when the final cut is made, may the best players win the battles and may all the players start the season healthy. Looking forward to seeing some rookies in action during pre-season, gonna be a fun season to watch with so many good players on the Ravens roster. Good luck guys, Go Ravens!
