  1. I saw a Sapp Raiders jersey at the thrift store.  Looks like it belongs there. Plenty of McNabb Eagles jerseys too. > No Ravens jerseys  They are too valuable

  2. I understand your point but I think keeping #99 will keep Warren's name in the news over and over in a bad way for years to come. Get rid of it and his name won't be mentioned as much and eventually we all move on. He can keep his ego if he does not want to be honored.
  3. Here was Warren's chance to shine a little brighter by being honored and instead choose to be rude and ungrateful. I hope Jernigan changes the number to a number we can all appreciate because Warren just ruined #99 by being childish and unprofessional and therefore not worthy of the honor of wearing #99 in his name. Am sure plenty of other numbers can be worn with honor and appreciation.
  4. I am very happy for Peyton Manning. I think he will retire and walk away like Ray Lewis did. He is just holding off the announcement so his teammates can bask in glory. How about that Denver's defense? Awesome to watch them shut down Cam. Reminds me of first Ravens Super Bowl win. Was glad to see that Denver shut down Cam all game and we did not have to watch and cringe every time Cam does his signature 1st down/touchdown moves. Congrats to Denver, well done and earned. Maybe it's our turn next year? I hope so.
  5. I am going to root for Peyton Manning as this likely will be his last hurrah. Why would I root for Peyton Manning? Because he is the consummate professional on and off the field. Remember the Miracle Mile? What did Peyton Manning do? He patiently waited two hours with his wife and son in another room while Ray Lewis was chatting with media as well as celebrating with teammates. When Ray Lewis was done, Manning was there to congratulate Ray Lewis. That's a real man, handling a devastating lost better than most of us would. How many people in this whole wide world would wait 2 hours with their family to personally wish the best to a man who yanked the rug out from under him on a path to Super Bowl? I truly hope Peyton Manning goes out the way Ray Lewis did, he deserves it. For one day, Peyton Manning it is, I'll be cheering for the Broncos.
  6. I am one of those who likes things to stay the same to keep life simplified. It too drove me a little exasperated that changes were made and I had to fumble my way around to find out which is what. I don't like having to go to forum to sign in, I liked the sign in the way it was, on upper right no matter which page I was on. However, I do like that we can reply right away from article instead of having to click to forum like the past. Just keep the pluses/negs on both article/forum and bring back sign in to upper right on any page along with the new reply section on article and I will be happy. By the way, congrats to Ray Lewis on being part of the Super Bowl 50 Golden team. He earned it the hard way, am so proud of the man he became while spending 17 plus years with the Ravens. It was a blessing to watch and cheer for the greatest linebacker in NFL history. Thank you Ray for all you have done for Baltimore.
  7. Sorry to be off topic but what happen to design of comment sections? There is no ratings of plus/neg. I love the old look, oh well, I guess we'll just have to get used to it over time. Oh, yeah, don't make Yanda mad, I have seen him bullied 300 lbs men around like rag dolls.
  8. Congrats to Dumervil and other Ravens players for making the Pro Bowl, all deserving without a doubt. I for one will be watching, the Pro Bowlers deserve a vacation and have fun after working hard all year. Pro Bowl is entertainment for deserving players, those who want Pro Bowl games to be played with "meanness" as if it is the playoffs is missing the point and purpose of Pro Bowl games. Have fun guys.
  9. Yes, I concur, it was a GREAT DAY!!!! I was cheering for Broncos as if the Ravens were playing. My hands were still a little "stingy" this morning from clapping so hard for so long after the Broncos won. I am now at peace since #12 was knocked around and finally knocked out of playoffs after deflategate debacle. I dreamt this day all year, just patiently waiting for #12's season to come crashing down. WHAT A GREAT DAY!!!! Amen!!!
  10. Love it when someone does not care what people thinks and just wants to have fun in a good day. My kind of people to hang with. Nice moves John. lol
  11. Vote for Ravens fan John “Havok” Adkins. He is in 4th place with only 9% of vote. We can do better than that. Takes less than a minute to support your fellow Ravens fan. http://fansided.com/fansided-fan-of-the-year-finalists/
  12. Best wishes for Flacco's recovery and SSS on being candidate for Walter Payton Man Of Year award.
  13. I love watching Daryl Smith play, pure hard nose football. I know he does not get much media attention but every Ravens fan I know thinks highly of Daryl Smith. Just because he does not get a whole lot of media attention does not mean Ravens fans forgot who he is and what he has done. We appreciate D.Smith for his hard nose style of football.
  14. Two thumbs up to those two Browns fans laughing. Sometimes, when losing happens so much, there is only one recourse left, laugh it off before you lose your mind. lol
  15. The more humor in my life, the better. I love humor, as long as done with good taste. The Elite Rainbow was pretty cool. The gif of block field goal cracks me up, had me laughing. Love the western photo of Urban and Hill as Block Cassidy and the Kick Six Kid. Watching Ravens Games, I understand that one all too well. Thanks for a few chuckles, keep'em coming.
