Also, for the BMW/Benz debate... BMW= Drivers car, Lighter more rigid and a little rattley Mercedez= Drives the car for you. Soft, plush and solid both have plenty of electrical problems. Benz has a more durable engine due to its lower revving, more TQ Vblocks BMW, you have to wring that crap out of it to get good power ( unless its the i6TT)

Not even in the same class.. and NO, its not faster then the newest Veyron. I dont like either car that much.. but you could live with the Bug.Vey every day ( if you chose) ..the Aero is a skelton compared to the Bug. i like the performance of both, but the Veyronhas all the creature comforts and the interior is SICK.

I envy the Jeep aftermarket. : / you guys have it easy! Advanced adapters and painless wiring makes it cake. ( granted the cash is always the fun part) Id love to SAS it but I do love the ground clearance I have with 35's IFS has just a few perks. lol.

my best advantage would probably be the weight actually : P I have the VQ40 , 286 stock hp(crank hp). but I'm dyno tuned via UpRev to 274 whp. I've got a few horsepower goodies: Doug Thorley LT's Off-road 2.5" x pipe High flo cats Magnaflow bullet mufflers Volant cold air Intake manifold spacer( not tb spacer) Ported VQ manifold Jim Wolf Cams I want to do an LS swap though once it's not my daily. Im still knocking down 18-19 mpg , full armor.

More power, 4.56 gears Atlas2 Tcase , ARB locked front a rear . Yup, no problem! : P

Welp, got my body lift and 35's on!!! She's a beast now! Just ordered my master install kit for the front and rear diff so the 4.10s and front locker can be installed! WOOT!

I decided to keep my X and finish out this round of mods. 2"Body Lift and 35's.

Over priced, for a mid travel suspension on a full-size truck. They've had some issues with bending frames... Ford hasnt stood behind the issue. Though, this COULD be from abuse. I think they looks good, and out of the box is probably the best (and only) preruuner option from the factory. Granted, the same suspension performance could be had with FAR cheaper alternatives in the aftermarket. this is a desert runner, not a rock crawler.. If you wanted to go out west and do that, its a good rig... For East Coast stuff? Waste of money.

I hear ya, my Xterra is certainly one of a kind! but then again..its just a pile of metal at the end of the day... I wouldn't mind having a Jeep but I can't stand the lack of power in them... Even the new Pentastar seems pretty weak compared to the VQ40 in the Nissan. It seems modified JK's are stupid priced.. I was contemplating doing a SAS in my X but for what I want.... 10k in parts alone would be EASY....
