I've always had good luck with cal-tracs. Sounds like the pinion angle needs dialed in. Do you have s-frame connectors on the car? What size valves in the 195 heads? Surprised to know they have enough to make that power. That should make a responsive combo. also, solid roller or hydr? Race fuel or pump? Those dyno results rated at the crank or the wheels? I'm assuming at the crank.
