I predict this thread will be active through and to the end of baseball season.

Bench needs to be more consistent if we're gonna force at least a game 6. And we BETTER win against them. 

I wonder what the developement guy Frazier is all about.  I think he is a point guard. He may supplement the bench during the last 8 games then Stotts will park him during the playoffs. .  .

If you're asking should we spend the money to bring in some perceived "high end" backup that magically might win us like 8-9 games, then no, we shouldn't.

Curtis Painter is a name lost in the shuffle.  I really never seen him make his mark    No one would really think of him as insurance.

We are on a roll now.   Freeland came back and we are on a winning streak.  Meyers Leonard  is a bench body again. Gee Wright and Crabbe are contributing.   Aldridge is the glue now. He scores 38 on Denver.   If we can win on LAC, Lakers and N Orleans, I would be feeling better.

We are beating an old topic to death. During the regular season we found no supporters for #26.  After the playoffs he still lost his parade.  Forget It. We are screwed with his rookie contract for one more year.  We need race horses in the secondary and he is one fit for the plow. YES he is a bust.

You predict was on target  except we scored 108. I wish we kept the same shot percentage as the first half.  That game was two sides of the coin .  I think we will lose in Utah but under 8 points.  Lately we Cannot make the timely shot.

My Blazers are playing Golden State tonight  If you want a safe bet the Blazers will lose and by more than 10  Aldridge,Batum, Kaman and of course Mathews are out.  However, if by some chance the coach instills inspiration then we'll lose by less than 10.

This will be forgotten by May. NFL may use it to keep their sloppy shows alive in the off season but only for a short time. .

The real problem is that Brown has almost exclusive expereince in a 4-3 scheme and doesn't have a 3-4 body. I feel the failure is a bit more forcing him to try to be something he isn't more than he flat out sucks.

Reelin in the East

It would be nice to see him play ANYWHERE. We invested a 2nd rounder - a pick we even traded up for, to get a guy who has contributed a great big zero over the course of 2 solid years.

 

The dream scenario has been that he'd be ready to fill the slot taken by D. Smith .. but when? Certainly not this year - perhaps in 2016? It is hard to envision that happening if we roll with him in 2015 like we did in 2014. How can you be in line for a starting role when you don't see live football for even a single snap? 

 

I really am hoping he isn't the 2013 draft's version of Jah Reid (only worse, given he was taken a full-round earlier).

Grizzlies gonna claw us apart.   Seriously, look up bench player Koufos.  His head looks naturally photo shopped.
