  1. In his first showing he played better than Elam in the whole season.
  2. If he can play as "replacement Jimmy' for this season he should earn a position with "Top Jimmy" in the next. (Top Jimmy Van Halan >One of the best songs they ever created)
  3. Nightman said the Rams are ranked 31st in value. A move to LA would enhance the future asset wealth of the ownership. LA is a major market that deserves football once again. Is there a possibility of creating two more franchises raising the number to 34??? If that would be feasible a team in LA and London is not far fetched.
  4. Gotta say Mark Cuban is class.
  5. They have good chemistry. I think the Grizzlies have attitude Go Blazers
  6. Season in stride. My Blazers are doing well at 20-6
  7. NJ.. Land of high taxes, too many laws but well priced gas.
  8. Whatever you do, do not show them vids of our secondary masterpiece from yesterday. However, only Art Donovan That is Class the Eagles can be a local drawing card now
  9. Grizzles stop the win streak. Marc Gasol deserves a bit part in an Old Spice Commercial. I hope OKC stays mediocre.
  10. They lost, first time in 9. I wish we could do a 9 game win streak like that. Actually, I believe that is what we need for the SB.
  11. As Clyde Drexler would say "No doubt about it".. I always was a fanatic and would get so involved in Blazers games that I would scream and yell at the TV, see them in Philly when I could, try to convert the clueless. I always anticipated a Lakers Blazers game. Whats your story?
  12. I see skilled Offense from my Blazer team
  13. This thread is old but relevant now as 12 games in the season reveals team strengths. I have always been a Blazers fan from the days of Clyde,Buck,Terry,Jerome and Kevin. They are off to a fabulous start with OKC in the gutter. Poor Sixers as they need help or are planning to lose for another draft pick.
  14. I dig your grim reaper raven. We ought to have them instead of the retro fitness male cheer leaders that come out at game intro with Metallica blasting the horns. .
  15. Your view and logic are spot on. Well written piece! You know more about his game then his family. A crappy punter gives a team bad field position. Field position is a center piece in a game plan. The long punter we acquired from SF when Cox went down is not mentioned in the news of which I assume is good news.
  16. Grew up with Joe Walsh music. I saw his bands many times including the James Gang. I'm a bassist and we always had a JG tune in the set. Check out Daryls' house on Utube. Daryl Hall from Hall and Oats features musicians in his personal recording studio. The one with Walsh is legendary. Also, James Gang Live is useful to blast through the house for come from behind games. I wish M&T played classic rock/funk instead of the monodrome chant we always hear
  17. They have always been players. The rest of the team gets the dirt on their uni but the punter gets all the pressure on and off the field.
  18. Budman knows. Get a cold one bro
  19. Man that was a complicated explaination but right on. As you know, on our forum, if he screwed up like the secondary during the Bengals and Steelers losses, he would be a ideal target for the merciless ones. Quick.. for Bonus points... What was Ray Guys number?? AND who was your favorite Raider of the 70's Mine was Phil Villapiano-I was an old Raiders fan-proving I am old as dirt
  20. Well said and so true
  21. That avatar you have: Is it Joe Walsh at 5 in the morning?
  22. The important punter. Very few of us realize how vital this position is. Field position places your team in the advantagous field position or disaster when his punt is blocked, My ultimate example is the Miami Dolphin Garo Yapremian kick in the 70's. The most horrible ridiculous circumstance of events happened to him. Check that out on Utube for a good laugh.
  23. Yea. However Breaking Bad is absolutley totally unique. Who would set a machine gun in a vintage Caddy trunk on an auto belt and waste dudes in a blood splatter scene. Now that is entertainment. Of course I envision that same intensity in a Ravens waste Pittsburgh game.
  24. You did it man. Lindsey Duke hitch with a Pre nup. The Massi pre nup Ironclad. (George Cluney)
  25. I went main stream with Juszczyk and you two are the creative ones
