Its a hardware issue , Cell CPU(Cell Processsing) Vs APU-(Non Linear Compute Risc) Sonys big issue was the PS3 using a 25 Yearold tech meant for Mainframe architecture ...The only way they could do it would be an Emulator which would produce Less power and performance then what the Xbox one will do when playing 360 games
