  1. I am sorry that you are unable to dictate the going rate for QBs in the league. There seems to be a misunderstanding of even basic Economic concepts here. And unfortunately, that is not surprising. I am sorry you consider flacco an actual qb.......he's not worth wut he's getting paid........except on paper.....he looks sooooooo good on paper......totally agree wit steelraven here......but in reality its our below par head coach and Gutless front office which i am sure You think is jus peachy also........SMH I am not sure if you read my post but if you get a chance point me to the place where I said anything about Joe Flacco or his skill level. He's a constant subject for this guy... regardless of the topic, the Joe bashing just goes on and on. And let's not forget the coaching. Some folks I just can't understand. They seem to be here for one reason, and that's not to root to the home team.
  2. Yanda moved to left guard because he had a shoulder injury that was affecting his play on the right side. Stanley got healthy at the right time. I'm not sure Yanda moving had much to do with Stanley's performance otherwise.
  3. Glad Ozzie make the picks and not you! so your happy with the bums that he picks I'm not can't wait for ozzie to be fired Most of us are pretty happy with the guys Ozzie picks. We've had some great seasons. And really good guys... I mean afterall, Ozzie did pick Ogden, Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, among many others like Chris McAlister, and got guys like Shannon Sharpe, Derrick Mason, Todd Heap... and the list goes on and on.... SMH... I'm just amazed at how people live their lives completely ticked off about everything and everybody now a days. Mason drafted by the Titans...Ozzie traded for him... Correct.... Ozzie brought him in. Just like he has done with so many people.... like Watson and Weddle too.

  5. Absolutely agree... He should have been a Raven much sooner.
  6. Correct Jacket.
  7. Of course. That's obvious. You're talking about 2 HOF Players.... They are VERY difficult and unlikely would we be ale to replace them #2GOATS.
  8. @bscott57 Why wouldn't I be a fan "homer" as you call me??? I am a Ravens fan, like most people on these boards.
  9. You're using the term "Nobody" and doesn't speak for everyone. It is a term that speaks for a few... not the majority.
  10. I think he was simply taking up for Harbaugh. Which I agree with him on. There's a reason that Payton is on the hotseat. He's done no better than Harbs as the coach for the Saints. Their defense is a whole lot worst than ours. My nephew plays for them; and was set to start at Safety and tore his ACL in the first game. I'm much rather have Harbaugh.
  11. Sometimes it's just fun to read the comments and see how people have perceived what was actually said. Oftentimes, it's not even close.
  12. Ravenpic made that comment. I in no way want Rex back here. I don't believe he is he answer at all.
  13. They were talking about the Browns, not the Ravens...
  14. That is your opinion, and you are rightly entitled to it. Sorry, I respectfully disagree, and I'm personally glad you're not in charge of our team.
  15. Now, come on billiejean, they've been there for the past how many years??? and just how many times have they done that? Thought so.
  16. Exactly... And the guy we got??? He ain't down, that's for sure.
  17. Dude.... You're too funny. Man, The Browns would give up just about anything to have a guy like that on their team.
  18. And that's my point... The reason I used the Patriots as an example, was because the first 4 games when Brady wasn't there.... Says more about the organization, the line, and the protection than it does the QB.
  19. While that all sounds great.... We had them until the very last play. So, they deviated, or we did.
  20. We played the Steelers game tough... and even played the Patriots tougher... The defense left that game in their lockers too.
  21. And here we go.... When for the past 3 years we've been saying that the OC's were way too conservative... a more aggressive OC starts calling plays and we still hear that it's too "vanilla". Nobody's ever happy. The team will never make everyone happy.
  22. They could have said many more different things than what they did... Like, "We let the powers that be make these decisions".
  23. Yes it does... and when you go from scoring 18.8 points per game on average to scoring over 28 points per game, I'd call that an improvement.
