He's so versitile. I'm not taking a TE in the first round. There are too many other positions that we NEED badly.

"IF" Browns would take Flacco &our 16th for their 1st&33rd we could FIX defense and sign Kapernick or even Cutler as stopgap REBUILD decent team. Flacco & our 16th,74th for 1st&12th would be DREAM scenario. DO you really want to face the Browns 2x with Flacco at QB and Gordon, Coleman and more at WR? They would no longer be just counted as a win for us. Especially if we had Kappernick at QB. I get Cutler but he is so undependable that his contribution in 8 games or less would virtually make Mallet our starter.... do you really think we would be better off there? I get it... I dont like Joes ridiculous contract but a trade like that would set us back 5 years. Teams without franchise QBs just DO NOT win in this league. That is why the Browns are the Browns. Now it would be different if we could trade Joe for a Phillip Rivers or Joe for Matt Stafford..... etc. Not saying that they are better then Joe but they are franchise Qbs who we could continue to build around... Problem is why would those teams trade those guys to us for Joe... take on Joes contract and still give something else up????? None of those guys have a Super Bowl Win... As a matter of fact, none of them have won in the playoffs either. Yes, some of the ridiculousness continues.

So many changes... I'm excited about this coming season. Our defense looks really good. Our offense still needs to plug up some holes, and we all know that's been a weakness before. I am starving for Football.... Let's get this season going.

I have turned off NFL Network and ESPN for one reason... and one reason only. These female analysts that they have on there... They consistently mispronounce words... and the networks fail to correct it.... This crap with "Cam Newt-in". The same with "Peyt-in Manning".... They sound like 5 year-olds that cannot pronounce words. It burns through my blood. I cannot stand it. Discredits them and the networks in my eyes. Stop putting these little "babes" on there that are only eye candy.... Put somebody on there that can "Talk Football... Please". Now, on a side note... I actually have to agree with Bayless. He's correct. And for once is giving Joe credit where credit is due. I applaud that. Now let's go out there, get us some good players in the draft and fill these holes. I cannot wait for another shot at the brass ring again this year.

That's an option. But going into the season with Lewis as our only "RT" could be extremely dangerous especially after suffering injuries last season. We need the cushion there this year. We can't afford that again.

I'm very curious about this, too. I've seen no clarification on exactly what this is about. I'm thinking it's players that are staying down on the field and going out "with an injury" in order to stop the clock. Intentional stuff like that.
