you're absolutely right.. my bad, I didn't see it
@PaRAYdise is now OTC; cc: @-Truth-, then @berad and @CalvinSmoke
We close to the end.. we can do it.. with some struggles but we can do it.

you're welcome
Just now, Archeearl92 said:Can anyone tell me how many times I have been skipped and what my selection time is? With all the skips and voluntary 1 hour clocks and so on I have no idea anymore.
Seems like you've been skipped just once.. now @ALSKAN RAVEN FAN is OTC. followed by @BOLDnPurPnBlacK (who's on a volountary 1h clock) and you
@VeiledPsychosis, @52520Andrew and @PaRAYdise all have 1 pick to make. @codizzle has 10
With the 786th pick, Those Funny Guys select:
Dwight Lowery, FS
I'm already set for my pick;)

5 hours ago, rmw10 said:@Jaybirds was our last pick in the order. It's been over 24 hours since that pick.
Wait.. but if this is the order:
Jaybirds: Michael Hoomanawanui, TE (Skipped)
VeiledPsychosis:
BmoreBird22:
Daft Classic: Alfred Morris, RB (22.5 minute clock)
codizzle:
LosT_in_TranSlatioN:
ravefan52:
and Jay/DraftClassic's picks were made 25/22h ago, why was Vailed skipped after 2-3h after the Jay's regular pick? he wasn't on autoskip.. was he?
why was @BmoreBird22 skipped? Maybe I've been missing something.. things have gotten quite confusing lately..
@LosT_in_TranSlatioN should be up
I realized Usmccharles was on a voluntary 30mins clock so I made my pick.
Velasco ain't be a reliable starter so I will soon look for competition there..but there isn't much left at the position so I had to pull the trigger..need over value there.
@ALSKAN RAVEN FAN is otc
With the 722nd pick, Those Funny Guys select:
Fernando Velasco, G
@BmoreBird22 thanks for the selection.. that McAfee LB is cool lol
I realized (in one of my very sporadical intuitions) that a good punter is particularly important to a team with a good blitzing D and will set the conditions for a higher chance of 3 and outs than a good/average P would.
2 minutes ago, -Truth- said:I admittedly gave him the nod but only because there are only two players named Isaac in the entire NFL and he narrowed down the two by stating the position. Plus I also had him on my short list.
So +1 on the trust
I like it
On a side note, I loved Easley coming out of Fla.. too bad he has an awful character/mindset..he could be a top 5 DT.
1 hour ago, rmw10 said:My favorite thing about it was that someone +1'd you for a fake player, like you actually knew what you were talking about
ahahaha really.. I'll never get used to these names..
There's even a 3rd guy in this year's class who's called pretty similarly and didn't help my "brain" to figure this whole thing out .. and he's also a guard (former ASU).. brains can get messy
Everybody kindly check his pick's number before to introduce it.. I updated some of the last 10 picks and noticed we've been failing since a while.
@ludy51 has the #667
28 minutes ago, Mt. Crushmore said:Funny thing is he did the same in a PM to me recently.
yeah man..I'm a lost case.. I was out with my gf and quickly checked the Forum as she was picking up money from the bank.. When she came out I didn't have time to look back at the PM and I typed the first thing that cam to my mind.. if I'll ever be able to play in another edition of this game I might name my team after the terrific Isaac Suafilo ![]()
o.o I though Cooper was gone.. nice pick
1 hour ago, allblackraven said:Lol, what was the name of a hybrid player?
Isaac Suafilo ![]()
1 hour ago, rmw10 said:Yo @Italian Raven I'm pretty sure you picked a fake person. It looks like you combined 2 names, so I'm not sure which one you actually took lol
and you're soo right.. i was out with my gf and quickly logged in when I realized I was OTC. I wanted to make the pick myself (it was some rounds I didn't do so) and I was sure I had finally learned that name.. turns out I was wrong, again ![]()
Wih the 658th pick, Those Funny Guys select:
Isaac Seumalo, G

18 minutes ago, Mt. Crushmore said:Devin Taylor is my 3rd DE as my 8th defender, but he is going to see a lot of playing time because Michael Bennett moves inside all the time and Junior Galette is a potential question mark/has never been too hot vs the run. Last year Taylor put up 7 sacks while playing about 50% of the Lions snaps as a backup. This year he is taking over the starting role and should put together another nice season, especially with offenses focusing on Ansah on the other side of the DL.
I was thinking about him as an eventual replacement in case M.Williams becomes a liability due to his latest character issues and age but I didn't give that plan too much credit as I was opting to go another direction for the next two rounds and I knew he wouldn't have lasted long.. nice pick.
1 hour ago, BmoreBird22 said:We've had several 12 hour full skips and this is ridiculous
yup.. that's kinda painful given how many times we've been asking to pass boards over.
I mean, we're at the end of the first part of the draft, none's stealing someone else's players.. so I don't see a reason for not doing it.
Honestly, I don't see the Rice comparison at all.. Ray was not as flashy in the open field, but more like an inside runner and much much better at breaking tackles. Bell is a cowbell and everything you wish a RB to have.. Rawls is not as versatile but much different.. Nothing against Dixon generally, but he goes down if hit by a fly. He is just a fun to watch, complementary outside runner that can be pulled to the slot. I'd say he's a lot more like De'Anthony Thomas or DeAndre Washington (in this year's draft), who's a slower Duke Johnson.
