  1. I was shocked when I saw Anthony being the first ILB taken (in the first round!), but my opinion was pretty biased in favour of the other 2 outstanding guys of his class. Watching tapes, his ability to read screens and situations plus his confidence and straight line speed stood out and realized he'd fit my Mike spot next to Levy better than the others. He certainly has to improve his technique as a tackler (too many high attempts) and the way he approaches to inside linemen's blocks, because he prefers to jump underneath a little too often.
  2. With the 502nd pick, the Banana Republic select: Stephone Anthony, ILB
  3. Oh I totally forgot of Flowers. Probably because I know close to nothing 'bout his skillset.. Ravens needs in this year's draft were CB, WR, TE, DT, OLB and that's what I coveted more in these past months. I have no opinion on him (yet) but I trust you
  4. I like Eifert a lot.. It's incredible how such a freak of an athlet and player kind of 'disappeared' in Cinci offense. He has a great body control and natural hands (I honestly know nothing bout him as a blocker, tho)
  5. I honestly liked Humphries more than Peat and think he fits my offense better than Collins.. Peat is obviously gifted and stands well against strong pass-rushes; he's very quick to engage them but tends to be grabby. I see him strugglig with natural benders. DJ thrives in a ZBS, has a low center of gravity and is a clever blocker who understand leverage. Unlike Peat, he has to hold on to the opponents pads more often to prevent them from pull-swimming and owning the gaps too easily. Of course he has to improve but I'm confident he'll develop into the best pass protector between those other LTs
  6. I'm offline guys but I let my picks in good hands (Crush).
  7. Seems like they need a Correction Officer
  8. Well.. last time I checked 'numbers' mean to a player's future production just as much as the round he's been selected. White played in an up-tempo, spread offense, with CBs playing only off-man or zone. Hence, we can't even say for sure how physical he will be once he takes off the LOS. He's never been jammed except for the Oklahoma game, when he faced a sophomore CB (Zach Sanchez, a good ball player, but not a press-man). We'll see how they perform and develope. My point is: 103 picks of distance between the two, but not an evident gap in talent to justify it
  9. I agree. It's all about his off field behaviour since his upside is comparable to White's imo. I think he's worth the pick
  10. Good one in Powers, I was about to take him with my last pick but opted for a center fielder instead. This because I'm confident I can still land a decent CB in these upcoming rounds.
  11. With the 438th pick, the Banana Republic select: Tre Boston, FS
  12. 4 days, 2 picks.. Not bad xD
  13. I think there are some proven, great RBs left, who bring different styles to the table and represent a more secure pick. Maybe it pays off but I would have waited a bit more honestly
  14. As soon as I saw a Phins uniform I knew it was him, you broke my heart.. good choice keeping him on the right side. Good pick
  15. Ozzsome, ravensdan and Dubs are all online.. let's do this
  16. That's insane
  17. The good part of him is that he can play DT too on passing situations. Pretty versatile.
  18. Oh.. another productive situational pass-rusher. It would be interesting to see him, Lynch and Ayers playing more snap and maybe proving they're worth a starting job. Good pick.
  19. I think it's 12.. so in 8 mins he'd be skipped. But someone correct me if I'm wrong
  20. 50 mins and you're up
  21. I was thinking of Ogletree 2 rounds ago, but I watched few games and saw that his forced fumbles came mostly from behind, on his side of the field. That means he's quite good in the middle but not that fast running side to side and quite limited to OLB in a 4-3 to me. He's quite good, has potential, and if put behind a good Dline (who eat up blocks for him) he can perform good. I think the spot is fine. Skrine is quite grabby and not a particularly attractive name, but he can make plays.. I don't think he gets the fair amount of credit when he's due. People tend to read the number of penalties against him and overreact. Overall, I see both as good selection. BTW:
  22. I'm a huge fan of K'waun, I didn't take him yet because I thought he would've slided a little bit more. A very fluid and underrated slot corner.
  23. Pick's in.
  24. With the 395th pick, the Banana Republic select: Sterling Moore, CB
  25. I've already copy-pasted the picture.. just waiting for the time to come
