The offense is looking up! Finally. I realize Kubiak wants control and can sometimes be a bit too fond of the running game, but I really have high hopes for our offense. As for the hire itself, it seems Harbs legitimately wanted Hostler or Shanahan but I believe Steve stepped in and set him straight.. thank the lord. Now, this needs to be an offensive draft/ FA period. Get a solid guard, resign Monroe and a RT. Priority needs to be signing Pitta and finding a possession receiver in the draft, maybe trade up if necessary. GoRavens

Yes.. we do. I'm sorry but what potent offense doesn't have a legitimate threat at receiver? Honestly. I'm absolutely not saying the offense is completely dependent on such a commodity, or that it's vital to being a playoff caliber team, but honestly it's near impossible to do so without an offense featuring a stud. I really hope Ozzie doesn't take his normal route of putting the offensive weight on some fourth round, fifth round pick who is never going to be a great receiver and hoping he develops well. Getting a reliable physical stud is necessary. Someone who can come in and win the starting job from day 1, no doubts.

Chudz seems like a pretty good choice, he did the best he could with the personnel he had in Cleveland.
