  1. Marlon has to go. I would much rather have a rookie instead of Marlon. Its worth the chance on someone new.
  2. I knew Shaq Lawson would post a good 40 time. With Bosa's slow time, Lawson may move up the board. As far as WR speed, yep not many posted great speed. But remember, there are other ways to get open and our fast guys in the past have not been great at it.
  3. I've heard of 5 people on the list. This is supposed to be a big deal? Can you write real articles?
  4. It all will change at the combine. All it will take is for Clemson's Lawson to show 4.5 speed and the rankings will jumble., Expect 4 or 5 surprises and disappointments, all having the "best" players batch, all jumbled up.
  5. Shaq Lawson may be available at 6. It's hard to say who will actually go and in what order. But he is the pass rusher we need.
  6. Do you really think Mallett, throwing the ball 56 times is the answer? I'm not blaming him at all. When do you remember Flacco throwing it that much and having a positive outcome? Most times they were not. So don't blame Mallett. Really still less than 3 weeks of practice right? I think he will be a great guy to have behind Flacco.
  7. I don't see how you can say he played well. He tried, he is what he is. But 2 int, one being a pick 6 and one TD which was more the receivers doing . . . . isn't playing well.
  8. Smith is the reason for 3rd down completions. The other teams even look for him, what does that say. He is a scrub!
  9. I cannot post bad things about players. Daddy won't let me, so here goes. Im sure it will be taken down. Jimmy Smith is horrible and needs to go before nest year. Great win, everyone played hard but I'm tired of that crock #22 being the one that allows every deep 3rd down pass. What a joke!
  10. why cannot I post anything about a player? Are we weenies here?
  11. I'm sorry this happened to Joe, i really am. I'm a Flacco fan. But seriously, this has been a horrible year, for Joe as well. he hasn't looked good, bad sometimes. He hasn't even looked slightly elite. If he was playing elite, we would have a few more wins. Joe has hurt us as much as anyone this year and he certainly has not pulled us up at critical times and made game changing moves on the field, especially at the end of the games. So, it makes no difference. we were horrible as a team and Joe was horrible too. It gives the team a long time to consider all the failings this year and which was they want to go. They certainly didn't make tool many good moves the last couple years. Let's hope they can right the ship . with ot without Joe.
  12. Thank God I have Clemson, go Tigers! #1 baaybee
  13. Webb at safety makes since to me . . IF we have another corner that is capable. If we do, this is an upgrade.
  14. I would like to see reversible calls reversed. This is one of them. There should be a president for such things, but never has been. A shame. That being said, when a team needs things like this fixed in order to win a very winnable game, there are problems. We have put ourselves in this situation all year. So when that happens too many times ( which it has ) there are other problems. That is what must be corrected, personal yes, coaching yes, head coaching??
  15. To see things in the correct perspective . . look around the league and what other teams accomplish. Cousins throws 4 TDs, Winston won . Roth on one leg threw more than we can in 3 games. It's really pathetic. We suck and its from the top down.
  16. OMG, reading this comments makes me sick and laugh. This is an incredibly bad team, historical in many ways. And you guys comment like one thing went wrong here or there and we should have won. You obviously know nothing about a TEAM. All teams are made up of talent, but all teams are not good, or even close to being good. This team sucks!! It starts from the top down, a horrible year, maybe even a horrible last couple years at the top and it has filtered down to teh field now. Horrible team !
  17. It's the Steelers . . you don't care how you win. But this is exactly true: < Oh and all this Jazz about an ugly win handed to us on a platter... this game woulda been over in regulation with no 100 yard rushing and a td for Bell had the refs not been blind to a blatant holding/block in the back/face mask call which happened right in front of the ball carrier on that rushing TD where Bell reversed field. Kendrick Lewis had the play sniffed out, was in position to make the tackle, and their FB/TE piggybacked on him and tackled him from behind right in front of Laveon Bell. Ravens cans can't be blind to that huge no call when Phil Simms repeatedly pointed it out and Rich Eisen again mentioned it at half time when Michael Irvin and Marshall Faulk were praising Bell for making a play.>
  18. We need to manufacture a receiver from somewhere. Carolina trades for a good pass rusher when they need one. Ours, that we got, hasn't even learned the D system . jeeesh!! Find a receiver!
  19. We are stupid. Stupid players, just stupid !!
  20. I don't blame Gillmore. Joe under threw the ball.
  21. Sure the O was bad, awful. But you have to say Flacco was the worst. He threw 2 picks and the last one should have been a touchdown. He under threw it.
  22. why out the entire season?
  23. OK, not a good offensive showing for a new OC, not even close. The offense was terrible. But if trying to split hairs and look deeper at the O . .gotta put the loss on Flacco. he threw 2 INT and they were costly. Yes Steve Smith should have caught that ball, but Flacco under threw the last INT, or that would have been a game winning play.
  24. and here is a return, from sports science. he's worth a roster spot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tz6VWCBLHeo
  25. Far as I know, he's still available
