  1. Chris Moore unclutch We couldve picked up atleast five yards on that first down drop he he on the last series of that last drive.
  2. Watching Bortles last Sunday and Tannehill tonight makes me realize how spoiled we are with Flacco.I'd like for to improve his flaws just as every other Ravens fan would, but it could be alot worse.I couldn't imagine having my teams SB hopes rest on the shoulders of some of these guys like Bortles,Tannehill,Dalton,Stafford and Alex Smith. They're the ultimate tease. So close yet so far away.

Very true, although I think Patriots fans probably think the same thing when they watch Flacco.

i think most people who bash flacco at every turn legitimately dont watch football. i cant imagine a ravens fan who actually thinks flacco is a bad qb has ever watched football for more than 4 hours a week when the ravens are playing. if you watch entire games league wide, youll see that no qb is even close to perfect and not many do as well as flacco and especially in big moments. weve all seen tom brady play REALLY bad at times, aaron rodgers has had some very ugly games, peyton manning was abysmal in nearly every playoff game he ever played, look at what roethlisberger did vs philly and realize hes good for about 4 or 5 of those games every year.

  3. If we could get a run game going I'd fear not one team in this league. The Oline needs to hurry up and start playing better.I hope Trestman and Harbaugh can hurry up and find an answer.
  4. Coleman not sudden?Colemans quickness and shiftiness is what makes him special. It's one of the biggest reasons he was drafted in the first round even though people questioned the level of competition he was going up against.
  5. "Ryan Jensen filled in for Lewis in the fourth quarter Sunday." I didn't notice that Lewis left the game.No wonder our pass protection fell off in the fourth quarter.
  6. Replace Carr with Bortles and Oakland with Jax and this would look like a post straight out of last weeks next up thread.Every team has more weapons than we can handle,a defense filled with too much talent and a QB who should be able to light us up according alot of people on this forum lol.Not trying to be a smart a**,but be ready to rinse and repeat this post again when Cousins and his weapons come to town and the week after when we play Eli and his weapons and the week after when we go play the Jets.
  7. If the Oline and run game can't get going this game at home vs this defense, then it's officially time to get scared.Hopefully Dixon is prepared to go for this game because as much as it pains me to say it,the time has come to bench Forsett.I want to see what West can do as a lead back with either Allen or Dixon as a back up now.Forsett just doesn't have a burst anymore and he's not doing well in this scheme behind this line.I believe the two back rotation is hurting us.Give the ball to West 20 or so times and see what he can do.Maybe with enough carries he can break some more long runs like he did at the end of the first two games and at the start of the third quarter yesterday.
  8. You'd think that even if we are bad at running the ball we'd atleast have a fluke game where we ran well or at the very least a fluke play that went for 35/40 or more. This team can do absolutely nothing on the ground. It's astonishing.
  9. He played horribly in the preseason and Levine and Young have been doing a good enough job on defense and they also play special teams. Those two are probably the reason why he's inactive.
  10. If Trestman can get the run game going to complement what Flacco is doing passing wise,we'd win this game by atleast 10.
  11. It's still way too early to tell but as of right now I have to say Stanley. Our run blocking has been poor but the pass protection has been pretty good for the most part and Stanley and Lewis have been a big reason why.Plus, one thing you have to take into consideration is we might not have either Young,Moore,Dixon,Lewis or Judon on the team if we made that trade.Young has made some great tackles and that ST play,Moore was a few inches away and Pitta being set from being our leading receiver last week,Dixon looked like our best back in preseason,Lewis has been an ok LG and Judon has been a pleasant surprise since the first game of pre season. It's hard to justify trading what Stanley has been/could be plus what one or two of those guys have been/could be for what we've seen so far from Ramsey and where he can go from there.
  12. A RG3 led browns team may not win many games, but a McCown led team would.Theres no shame in having a McCown led browns team put up a fight against you.Go and look at his numbers from other games last year and the numbers he put up with the bears in 2013.The browns team we faced last sunday with McCown is not the same team that lost to the eagles and wont be the same team that takes the field next week.
  13. You mean we can't keep Joe forever?
  14. I was just thinking about that yesterday when I read that Doom could be back this week.Ithink Correa is this obvious odd man out on defense and Kenneth Dixon could challenge Chris Moores spot depending on the matchup.
  15. In a way I was actually hoping Jax would win yesterday just so they wouldn't be as desperate next week.
  16. They had all of that last year and only scored 19 points on us(not including the field goal that shouldnt have been) and that was vs a lesser version of our defense. Most of Bortles yards and tds are just garbage time stats.I read somewhere that Bortles has 3 career 1 st quarter tds.He basically pads his stats vs prevent defenses after the jags are losing.Just look at yesterday. His stat line was horrible until the 4th quarter when SD let up.I'm not guaranteeing a win or implying this is a gimmie, but unless things go wrong in some way like the first quarter of last game, this shouldn't be as difficult as some of you are making it out to be.
  17. Just tell Brian Billick to keep his mouth shut about the jaguars schedule and we should hopefully extend our winning streak.
  18. “We saw this at times last year and to a greater degree in 2013, but a Joe Flacco-led offense simply does not work without some kind of running game to set up play-action opportunities.” So were going to judge how well a Flacco led offensse works based off of the two years we had no weapons at WR and TE?Everyone Flacco threw to in 2013 beside Torrey and Dickson are out of football and even with the inexperienced players he was throwing to last year we still had a top ten offense before he went down. This year Joe has weapons and even without the run game hes still doing his thing and I believe he'll continue to do his thing.
  19. I have the feeling Brian Billicks comments about the browns having no wins on their schedule is the reason the browns came out so fired up against us.
  20. Wright tackled well last week but when you look at the all 22 film his coverage was lacking just like in this game.Tyrods inability to read a defense and make the right throws is what made him look good.
  21. This is so sad.I loved watching Ravens training camp videos and behind the scenes sideline videos and seeing him interact with our D line.I definitely remember hearing that voice ringing out at practice and his energy as the article said. RIP CB!
  22. What does the Falcons losing have to do with our games vs Cleveland?I was predicting they would lose that game.Anyone who has been following Atlanta and Tampa closely knows that the Falcons are a dumpster fire and the Bucs are a young team on the come up.
  23. I don't either and that's the sad part.People actually believe Ray killed someone when all he did was refuse to talk.Whenever I look under a Ray Lewis tweet or a tweet about Ray Lewis by ESPN or something, all I see is murder jokes. It honestly blows my mind.
