This regime needs to finally be dismantled. Harbs and Flacco gave us a great run during these 9 years, but they've lost it. Flacco is back to playing pedestrian, and Harbs is clueless. For play this poor the blame has to start at the top, and that is Ozzie and Harbs. They won't get rid of Ozzie, but Harbs needs to go. Belichek has had winning seasons with less talent than we have this year. We can talk about the deficiencies with the oline, secondary, blitz, etc, but the main thing is that this combination of poor players and poor coaching will get us nowhere. They changed OC and they're still losing. Obviously the OC alone isn't the problem. Fans need to stop being blinded by harbs' sb run from almost 5 yrs ago. We need to seriously think about drafting a qb next year. Flacco is looking like our Romo now.

I get the injuries, the new OC, poor Oline, blitz, etc, but Bmore is a poorly coached team. The penalties and poor play are inexcusable. Flacco and Harbs are both done. The magic is not coming back. Here's to the 2017 draft and FA smh. We should also think about Qb in the draft.

Harbaugh no longer has "it". We need to find a suitable replacement for him now. Idk how long it will take, but Josh McDaniels is available after this season. After this season it will be hard to find someone suitable. Harbaugh can no longer win. He's a cotdamn loser with no clue how to right the ship. He gave us 7 good years, and now it's time to move on.

Saved by a PI call.  I hope we win because of it, but we really do suck.  Flacco has been pedestrian all year.  I'm no longer defending him.

We are not a good team.  I don't understand it.  All this talent and we still suck.  Serious changes have to be made for next year.  We definitely need to think Oline and secondary in the draft. 

I support Harbs 100% on this move. Trestman was our OC all of last season and while we had many injuries, so did the Patriots who went on to the playoffs. Under Trestman games were unnecessarily close leading to some heartbreaking losses. With our talent, we should be on the winning side of things by scoring more points.

Our Defense is great right now even though it could still improve. Imagine this defense with it's increased turnovers and a more capable Offense to put up six points off of those turnovers.

This is the best decision the ravens have made all year. I can't believe harbaugh lied about not thinking they abandoned the run. Is he blind? If we continue losing we can't blame the OC anymore. Harbaugh should be on the hot seat next.

Josh McDaniels would be a great Trestman replacement. I can't think of anyone better that's available.

Not sure, but they were friends, and harbs learned a lot from him.  Belchek was like a coaching mentor to him.  That's why belchek recommend that steve hire him.

Harbs deserves to be fired, but the % chance of finding a better one on the market is slim.  One could say belichek is the greatest coach in the past decade and a half so we could choose one of his proteges, but we did that with harbs.  We got 1 sb out of harbs so he wasn't a complete bust.  He gave us what like 7 good seasons?  Where will we find someone better?  Now, trestman definitely needs to go asap.

Injuries, poor oline and secondary, but most of all poor coaching.  It's pathetic.

We have NO guaranteed wins left on our schedule, and that includes the browns.  We are indeed that bad.

We are that <terrible>team that other <terrible>teams beat to develop momentum.  We suck.  Harbaugh and trestman are more < terrible>than any of these players.

Flack looks scared out there.  Idc, brady would've done better than this even with our garbage oline.

I knew we weren't as good as our 3-0 record, but I really didn't think we were this bad.  We have no definite win games left on our schedule, not even the browns.

So I guess we're done taking shots down the field lol

Even Hester is having like his worst season ever.  It's like we are just a bad luck franchise now.  lol
