Dont even say Hurst....its Lewis at LT..and Uerschel at G.. unless your trying to kill Joe.
And why why why.. Judon inactive???? They better sack Cousins 2-3x today. If they dont get and sacks today and Judon sitting 2 straight weeks..shameful on Harbaugh and Ravens organization.
Old man Dum, and Sizzle need help..they arent 25 anymore
Agree, maybe the coaches should be inactive if they can't get players to perform the way JH wants them to perform. Or maybe the team is
trying to set a record. sign Judon to three more contracts and never
make him active.
What about Zach Britton? Will he get any touches ?
Unfortunately not till next April.
which also might be when we see Stanley again.
trestman has no clue what to do with all of these te's anyhow so a good move for maxx to get to 100% next year and do what we drafted him to do. he will be a good one.
Hard to tell that since we only throw to one TE and that is Pitta.
If you are a Raven player and you get a bruise you will probably be out 3-4 weeks and then go to IR.
So all the experts who are not experts have Power rankings. But, does anyone care what these non-experts really think? If the Ravens were 4-0 and had four
shutouts we would still be in the bottom of the Power rankings.
Would like to put a new rule in the NFL rule book that penalizes a team if they throw more than 2 0-3 yard passes. Maybe then the Ravens will take those plays out of their playbook.
if we are lucky we will see #58 by oh let's say December.
2-0 is good but we're hardly there yet so an ugly win is a win. There are no soft games. On any given Sunday, any team can kick any other team to the curb. Let's just keep working to get the blocking scheme and run game going, while continue to also improve the defensive scheme and tackling.
Better to win ugly rather than lose ugly 2015
Curious as to why Joe has to go to Trestman to change the play calling and call more deep passes. Joe got the game plan in mid week. OC's really get stuck on their game plans.
we can spin this anyway we want to, but I'll tell you this much. Getting down to a Cleveland Browns offense that is really average at best by 20 points in the first quarter is really terrifying. I understand we came back and won the game, but what does it really prove? That we can come back from a deficit and win? Perhaps, but it also tells every other team that you can run big on the Ravens and score 20 points in a quarter too! All in all, I am very disappointed in how we won this game against possibly the worst team in the NFL. People may not like me saying it but it is exactly how I feel. There is an empty feeling despite the win.
How empty would it be if we had lost. I don't think after watching some
of the games today that the Cleveland offense is no where near the worst in the league.
All of our injuries are very minor but we always have to wait two to four weeks to
get these guys back.
SMH
As sad as it is and the day is coming, there are some guys that we would want to stay around that are going to be playing in a different colored jersey this year.
Butler may be the first. With Perriman off PUP, and unless Pitta goes on it, there isn't much hold out that Butler will be here. He's good enough to play, and when Camp or Perriman get injured we are going to wish we kept 7 WRs but right now, the numbers game got him.
I am not sure at this point if Buck Allen is going to make the team. Little to no production in the preseason, he really is doing nothing special to stand out above West and Dixon and that roster spot is precious. I think he makes it but to me he is really pushing it.
Elam is a foregone conclusion. Too many good players to waste a spot on the 53 for someone out for two months, if we put Pitta on the IR designated to return then Elam can't be on it, I say he plays somewhere else.
Jeremy Zuttah is not a name often heard of good or bad but based on what I have seen in preseason, after returning from an injury, Urschel beats him hands down as a center. Zuttah is getting manhandled, snaps are all over, he just doesn't look to me like a guy we need to keep with his salary and his production when Urschel has proven he can do it, and do it well.
Kyle Arrington. With his injuries and his play, along with some good young talent at CB this experiment has run its course. He may not even catch on somewhere else so he may not even be in another uniform this year.
Kendrick Lewis. This is where I am stumped. I spend a lot of time re-watching games on the NFL game pass app I have and he was just plain horrible last year. From what I have seen so far, he isn't any better. I don't know why he is, where he is on the depth chart. At the end of last year I couldn't even imagine he would be here for training camp, yet he is slated to make the roster. If anyone has seen anything Kendrick Lewis has done, please let me know because I have been watching and watching and I can find nothing.
Sorry for the length...Zuttah will be the last man standing on your list of players mentioned.
Thanks Ozzie
I have never seen any team so obsessed with talking about the return game. That part of the NFL is almost obsolete. Let us worry about more important issues.
I like it better when everyone "has negative reviews" on us and our chances. We were the early season darlings last year and look how that ended up. I know that what these guys say has little to do with what happens on the field, but for my money I'll take them bad mouthing us 25/8.
I never understood that last year since we opened with five out of seven away and mucho trips out west. I guess it is just more NFL noise.
Regardless of who we play the NFL always seems to put in a bad stretch for the Ravens. Maybe they should turn out the lights when they do the schedule...
NFL network is all noise and absolutely no substance. Every idiot they hire has an opinion but not much fact. Noise Noise Noise
Why are our fans never, never, never happy with our team? Maybe they would prefer Steve to load up a moving van!!!!
Give Flacco a guy like consistent guy like Todd Heap again. A LT like Johnathan Ogden. And a stellar defense again, and we are definitely SB contenders back to back.
Harbaugh has ripped this team of its talent and structure.
Wow!!!
Maybe we should get a pool together to try and figure out the date of Campanaros next injury.
O yea just like the report on Perriman. Might be another guy that misses the entire year. One of these days the Ravens will learn to be honest with the fans.
Unfortunately I think with Steve Smith being a Raven it hurts his chances of getting into the HOF.
Typical anti-ravens bias.
What a surprise. John snubbed I am shocked. Mike Zimmer has not won a thing
as a HC. So, they snub John they snub Joe they snub the Ravens nothing new
here. Turn out the lights ( oh they already tried that ). Most people who write
these articles would not know a football from a donut.
Hey since we are going to lose a week of OTAs why not just take the NFL to
court ala Tom Brady. That way we would not have to give up that week until
2022

I can only hope when Harbaugh does his press conference that the word
embarrassing is used for every part of our game. Offensive line awful, we have
no CB's that can cover anyone and the biggest of all is Trestman's play calling.
We should have had this game in hand in the first half but we tried very very hard to keep it close which we did and finally we gave it away. Oh how could I
for get our fabulous special teams. They are NOT very special. We are looking
more and more like a 500 ball club. At least I am hoping.
