  1. First of all you can tell Joe is afraid to get hit. Even his good throws are off his back foot. One of our fabulous coaches needs to get with him and correct it. But
even with that done we are not a very good team. We are poorly coached as
evidenced by our lack of discipline (too many penalties) , being caught out of
position too often on defense and wide receivers. Time for shuffling some coaches adding some that actually can coach. See you all next year.

  2. just saying, I don't understand all the jumping to conclusions by these pundits about Flacco not being able to play Sunday because he's missed 2 practices?? Harbaugh said himself in a press conference the other day that Flacco wouldn't have to practice to play -- he's a nine-year vet its not like missing two days of walk throughs is going to make or break his ability to play. What's more concerning is that they wont release details about the MRI as to whether its a tear, separation, sprain, bruise, etc. Is it because something is structurally wrong and they are trying to keep it under wraps? Hopefully its just like they said -- nothing to worry about.

By now if you have followed the Ravens at all you must know they never ever tell the truth about injuries. They think by lying about
injuries they are fooling their opponents. They do say most of the
time it is no big deal then the player misses 3,4 or 5 games. It is
just ridiculous. My children could do better.

  3. It seems logical (to me) to let Joe heal, let Mallett play, head into the bye...then bring back Joe against Steelers because he should only need a week or two on the recovery since nothing on MRI. Just makes sense. Unless Joe feels 100%...then play him. But he's missed 2 days practice...Mallett's been practicing...Sunday is almost here.

I could listen to Marty talk all day...he's just got an interesting cadence. He's energized and positive. So was Trestman...positive...not bashing him...but Marty just gets me excited about our offense and especially when he says they need to play aggressive. That's what we want to hear!! Make those big plays...and I also am all for pass interference calls in our favor...hey they are almost as fun as receptions lol!

I question where your info came from. MRI showed nothing. I never read that and if our team said it I wouldn't believe it. Who know Joe
might be missing his entire right arm.

  4. A very nice BS article. Lots of positive words but they are not charming me into
believing that anything they come up with about injuries is usually BS. I will wait
until Sunday to see if ANY

of our starters actually play. That way I can be truly surprised or I can wait another 3 weeks to see if they are out there.

Truth about injuries is not a Raven strong suit but lying about them is not either.

  5. The prognosis for the season is dire, so Suggs and Yanda may as well get fully healthy before they come back. Also, it'll give Judon an opportunity and Jensen as well. Frankly even with those guys, the way Joe and the offense are performing up to this point, I don't see them beating any above 500 teams anyway, so they may as well heal correctly. As for Stanley, he needs reps but clearly is hurt so wait until after the bye to suit him up. The takeaway for this season is if we have another losing season, we'll have a good reason to be that way because of the injuries. So, the status quo can continue for another year. Therein lies the conundrum for Bisciotti with regard to the coaches and front office.

Judon will not play much. Just ask the coach. He needed him this week and I did not see much of him at all.

  6. To anyone who has been paying attention to Harbaugh's press conferences over the years, the translation is that these guys are probably out until week 10 at the earliest. Joe is going to get absolutely destroyed by the Jet's top-tier pass rush this weekend. If anyone is hoping that we'll pull out a win against the best team we've faced thus far after failing to beat the Redskins or Giants with more of our players available to us, you can just lay those hopes to rest for now. We'll be 3-4 coming out of the bye and will need a miracle to make the playoffs. Sorry to be negative, but that's just how our team has performed under these injury-riddled situations over the past two seasons. We don't have a game savior. Joe doesn't have an O-line and Anquan Boldin to pull wins out of his butt. He'll have pressure in his face all day. If he only turns it over twice, that would be a gift.

Disagree the Jets are truly awful.

  7. Just finished watch Jets get destroyed by Arizona. If we lose to them we should just forfeit the balance of our games. Mr. Peas I hope you watch the film and
follow Arizona's lead. Big rush on every down. We probably will not do that
because we are always trying to fool our opponents instead of doing what works. That means we will not blitz and Fitzpatrick will probably throw for a
ton of yardage. Oops I guess we did not fool them.
