Roddy White is old and is being replaced by Leonard Hankerson because he can no longer produce at the same level he had. I would love to see the Ravens give Charles James the opportunity to return kicks and punts. I know Givens brings speed, but I know that after a good start in his rookie year (5 games with catches over 50 yds) he leveled out and was passed on the depth chart. There's a reason he was available.

Can't say Perriman is a bust just yet, but he is sure making Ozzie look bad for having drafted him. But then again, Ozzie's drafts haven't been anything to write home about for the last couple years and I'm tired of him trying to fill hole on the cheap. I

I look at Will Hills play in much the same way I looked at the pass to Crockett against Denver last week. Clearly there was contact against Crockett and it wasn't called. Now this week there's contact while going for the ball, initiated, according to Hill, by the TE, and it's called against the Ravens. The officials need to be consistent. They control more outcomes than they should. But with that said, if the defense had been able to contain the Raiders at all for the first 59 minutes, and if Aiken doesn't fumble on the first series, it might have been a different outcome.

I agree that Pees is a huge part of the problem. But another part of the problem are the players on the field. Some just aren't as talented as we've been led to believe. Webb is done. Jernigan plays stupid, Canty is old. Williams can't do it by himself. Hill looks like a decent pickup but the jury is still out on Lewis. He looked lost. I'm questioning some of the personnel decisions Ozzie has made with the draft and free agency. I think he believes all the hype and thinks he can sign anyone on the cheap and they'll turn into great players just because they're Ravens now. There's a reason they're available.
