Just to keep you updated, it now looks like the update for the login box will be pushed live Wednesday morning (before lunchtime).

@RavenManiac#7, @Bat-mite, @MaineRavenFan, @bioLarzen, @sami, @ellicottraven, @BmoreB (and all the other fans experiencing technical issues with the boards and commenting over the last week)...

We are certainly paying attention to all of your comments. While we might not always reply to each individual post, we're aware of them and the issues you've run into. Our developers have been working hard for the last week to push out bug fixes and updates.

Without getting into the technical details, the technology running our message boards and article commenting was a few years old and was overdue for an update. There are many great features -- specifically pertaining to use on mobile devices and things that will increase the speed of page loads. Unfortunately, the new software isn't playing nicely with a few elements of our website that are controlled by the NFL.

We have reached out to the League and asked them to make these fixes a top priority. Above everything else, we want the login box to appear again in the navigation bar at the top of all pages. We believe we have a fix for that which may be rolled out tonight.

We apologize for all the trouble you've experienced. Please know that your comments have not fallen on deaf ears and we are doing everything we get to get everything resolved. Thank you very much for your patience during this time!

It sounds like this feature is functioning properly. The most recent post feature is supposed to show users the post the was most recently posted in the forums. There is no way for it to first show you the oldest post that is unread by you.

Game Pass was released very late this year -- the day of our first preseason game. You are correct that the old Preseason Live (as well as Game Rewind and Audio Pass) have all been rolled into the new domestic Game Pass.

Two other things would be nice to have to enhance the game day experience. #1 - they should work with the Gerry Sandusky and ensure that the play-by-play radio feed isn't delayed. #2 - It would be really neat if the in-house video board was pushed out live to the Ravens app, which only in-stadium users could access, for replays or live action, etc.

Regarding your second suggestion, while we don't have a straight feed that displays everything that appears on RavensVision in the mobile app, you are able to access plenty of replays and live action in the app. In the Live Video (In-Stadium) section of the app, you have the ability to watch live game action from three different camera angles. You can also watch the NFL RedZone channel live. Also, in the same section, you can watch replays of any individual play from any in from the game from three different camera angles. (On gamedays, the replays will also be featured in a tab on the app's home screen.)

We post full pressers of Harbaugh and all other players and coaches who speak at podium each day during camp. (They are typically titled "Full Presser:") The Harbaugh pressers from the 30th, 31st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th are available on the site.

Great idea. We would very much love it if fans had the ability to leave comments on our videos. Unfortunately, the video platform that the NFL has developed for teams does not support commenting. We will continue to push for this feature.

Providing a good mobile user experience is extremely important to us. The next version of our boards will feature a responsive design and will allow users to use the plus/minus reputation system on mobile devices. We cannot give an exact release date, but it is currently in beta 2 so it should be coming soon. Stay tuned!

Just to follow up on this...

This will definitely be a feature on our new version which will contain many improvements to the mobile aspect of the boards that you will all love. However, it's still under development at this time. However, we have provided your feedback to our development team and will continue to do so.
