    Putting this out there if y'all want to migrate your draft stuff to an older board with a core of established posters but could use an infusion of new blood  feel free to check Scout out.  It's free to join mod 3 and I are over there and the is a draft Forum that is yours for the taking.

    Some of the buses RV on the tailgate lots are impressive.  My family has joked since 1999 getting a 'dirt yacht' and let me sleep in it the Saturday before a game since I am a royal not nice person to get going in the morning.  I hate following RV going to the OBX, but in the all in one you can move around somewhat in traffic and don't have to stop for the 'conviences', but you are stuck taking your living quarters with you.

    I've been following that mess in California with all the rain and the sheer damage at Lake Oroville to the spillway  and displacing all those people.

    I then came across this Lake Berryessa and the morning glory hole  Which is beyond cool.  For some reason Dams and their towers be it Liberty, Patuxant or Conawingo, fascinate and  scare me all the same.  I had a friend sucked up in an intake and killed in 1990 or '91 while working as a diver. Water can be the most beautiful and destructive force of nature.

    In your highlight  videos please, please, please scan for profanity-- the filter can't pick it up on YouTube videos and you are responsible for what you post.  I know the veterans here are know the rule, I am bringing it up for our rookie posters.  Thanks :)

    As far as being new to the forum and wanting members in good standing, I completely understand. I'd like to be a part of the game, but if it isn't permissible or desired at this point since I am new here I am perfectly fine with it.

    Please note that all regular forum rules apply. That means no profanity (or crudeness, etc.). Post politely and treat everyone with respect, no matter how angry you are. Limit posting of video and large pictures so that everyone has a quick page load. Keep discussions on-topic and within the designated thread(s) for the game. Do not let game-related communications "spill over" into other threads.

    Participation is limited to forum members in good standing. Members must have completed their initial “probationary” period and be entitled to post without moderator review.  No active recruiting people before or during the game.

    Any player suspended during the course of the game/contest will forfeit participation during that period. If game/contest rules allow, “picks” may be caught up when the suspension ends. No one else may post the suspended player’s “pick” during the suspension period.

    Any player who resigns from or is banned from the forums will forfeit participation for the entire game as if he/she never participated from the beginning. His/her “team” may not be taken over by another poster. 

    The forums may call a halt to any game if there are repeated forum rule violations. This is supposed to be fun for everyone. Please make sure it stays that way.

    My greatest 2 letdowns were 1.) When Sipe threw the int against Oak, instead of kicking the FG in the ice game. 2.) The Byner fumble at the goal against Den. If those don't break your heart then nothing will.

    Moderators are mostly chosen from here.  Mods have the ability to post as a member as long as they also follow the rules.  We work as a team, we do police ourselves, you can report their post as well as other members. We clean up posts with veiled profanity, separate fighting members, make sure Flock Members and Moderators stick to the rules handed down by the Ravens Org.   Moderating is a stressful, un-paid hobby and  we feel just as crappy when the team loses but it is fun.

    If you feel you have an issue PM the mod or me since I am 'Lead Mod'.  All warnings and private messages are private-- we don't respond to call outs in a thread or let others know how many points someone else has.  I decided to post this because I'm sure others maybe wondering the same thing.

     

    BTW I always felt horrible for Byner and followed him as a Redskin before here.
