i cant bite on hype trains from training camp. we have heard every single year that a mid round/UDFA WR shows up out of nowhere and the reporters anoint him the savior, and they end up stashed on the PS with no teams even interested. so i temper my expectations.

but..... moore appears to be different. after taking a close look at this kid i dont understand how he went 4th round, hes a late 2nd/early 3rd talent. he isnt torrey fast but hes got wheels, and he has something that rookie deep specialists tend to lack, he knows the intricate parts of getting open deep, head and shoulder movements, changing gears to get open instead of stomping on the gas, choppy steps and fake breaks, dropping his head at the right time, taking the right side of the db, and he can track the ball well and he attacks it. this kid is built for our offensive philosophy.

I would agree. Even though there's no pads, he looks polished and Flacco had no problem airing it out to him.

    how did flacco look?

He looked amazing, he stood strong in the pocket and ran well on PA passes

Heres the big Question. How is that offensive line? Can they allow Forsett to run around and can they protect Flacco enough to set up a passing play.

The O-line did very well at keeping Flacco safe. I was actually surprised at all the time he had to throw. Run blocking was....meh.....

On on a different note, IMHO. Chris Moore stole the show today. He lit up the secondary.

  4. Gotta say, when I seen Chris Moore burn Jimmy 1 on 1 for a 60yd TD, I didn't know how to act.

Wallace stayed after Practice on the Juggs machine for about a half hour. Dedication.

Juice was was looking beastly, catching everything that was thrown at him and grabbing extra yards even though he was running with the 2s

Crocket stayed on the sidelines and was there at the end of practice.

    Pitta looked really good too

I'll take Jamie sharper at WLB all day.

Also, something just doesnt feel right about Williams at the 2nd DT, there's gotta be better ones. Personally I think jernigan is more dynamic but he needs to show consistency, also dwan Edwards was quite underrated in his time here and put together some good years in buffalo after he left.

Oddly, the ravens track record of DT is kinda bland, a few contributors but only one lights out stud in ngata... That just doesnt sound.right lol

That's because he was our anchor at DT for a decade. You didn't need another monster next to Godzilla

can't make the club in the tub. Yes Camp has shown a ton of potential and I thought Trestman was gonna start using him more and more after the mini breakout game vs the Steelers. However that young man has to stay healthy or he will not make the team. For as much as the fan base loves Camp, the kid has a total of 12 catches and 1 TD in 2 seasons with the Ravens.

You do know Camp was only IR'd so we could save space for Perriman. He could've returned but a player management error cut his season short.

I hate to add to the fuel of not taking Spence and taking KC...... From Jamie Hensley:

Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome said pass rusher Noah Spence was "in play" for team in second round. "But KC (Kamalei Correa) was rated higher on our board," Newsome said.

Then Ozzie was puffing something with Tunsil
