  1. Does it have nothing to do with mars? So sad. The original was so cool.

There was a mention of Mars and I think they were alluding the the first movie in that sense because they said the guy had a memory implant about mars and ended up getting lobotomized. Thats what happened to Arnold in the 1st movie

  2. Total Recall this evening. Its nothing like the original. Had pretty much the same plot just wasnt as magical as the original. At least the three boobed woman made an appearance lol

edit: Colin Farrel is no Arnold!

  3. So let me get this straight. John Cena gets a small post Raw Birthday Celebration with the whole locker room(including HHH and Vince) and the audience singing Happy Birthday to him from the stage, and The Rock gets an entire show dedicated to his birthday, with musical acts and a tribute video?

John Cena will never be to the WWE what the Rock was to them. Never! He doesnt have the charisma.

  4. If anyone wants to get their sweet tooth fix and get something beneficial out of it, I just purchased Frozen Greek Yogurt Ice Creams from a company called Yasso. I got mine at BJs Wholesale, and I think they have them at Costco as well. They taste amazing and here are the nutrition facts

  5. Well I make three 8 inch diameter pancakes each time over 3 days then I trash the remaining batter. I recently ran out of oatmeal so I subbed in cream of wheat. If you let the batter set sealed in the refrigerator for 18 hours or so, it thickens up and you can make something more pancake like instead of crepe like

  6. Just got done watching the Book Of Eli.

Great movie. I think he's blind, apparently there is a debate on this lol.

Yes he is blind. He explains that he followed a voice to find the bible after being blinded.

  7. Been working out pretty much every day and it has worked out for me. I was around 215lbs-220lbs and waist size 36 after several months I'm now down to a size 34 and 195lbs. I'm like 5'5-5'6 so I'm still considered overweight for my height so I have to lose a few more pounds to get down to where I should be for my height.

I used to be a 7 day a week person too but eventually you will burn out. Your body will require rest and if you take a day or 2 off, you will probably see gains and weight reduction faster

  8. I saw a recipe thread here so I figured we could make a thread dedicated to getting in great shape and also discuss nutrition, workout goals, diet, and supplements if you take them. Workout music is also a good one. I guess I'll give a little bit of each.

I used to work out 5 days a week but I stopped abruptly after my son was born in August, started eating bad, and not caring. I went from 197lbs to 220 in 6 months. I made excuses for myself to not get back in the gym or procrastinate rather.

I changed my diet back, lift for 40mins and do cardio (step aerobics owns all!) for an hour since 3 weeks ago, I have went down to 208lbs. So now, I am completely in my zone again!

One recipe I love is high Protein Pancakes and theyre really easy to make to boot.

    2 cups of egg whites

    1/2 cup of plain oats

1 cup of unflavored greek yogurt

    2 scoops of whey protein

    1tbsp vanilla extract

    1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Throw that all into a blender and hit the button. The batter will be thin in the abscence of white flour. They are very low calorie, high in protein and a great source of good carbs.

Im taking Magnesium Creatine Chelate, Whey, and Casein proteins

  9. Of course you loved it.. You're an American. But don't let your faith in your country blind you from realizing that this was an awful movie. It looked like Call of Duty at times. What was so great about it? The headshots? Or maybe the fact that Abu looked like Brian Wilson? This movie sucked. People were falling asleep in the theatre

Yeah, the acting wasn't great but considering that you're not using real actors for the lead roles and B actors and actresses for supporting cast, and the fact that the movie was shot with a cannon camera that cost under 2000 dollars, I say it was good for what it was worth. There was a real message in this movie, I hope that the civilians that watch it, get it. The message is, this stuff can really happen. Things like this do happen. Soldiers jump on grenades to save their squads. Our Seal teams do those missions that nobody will ever hear about. I think that it was meant to be more than just a movie but yet a look into something .000001 percent of our country sees and does to keep terrorism from crossing our borders.
