  1. Show good games and the fans will watch.
  2. Exactly! I have a bad case of receiver envy. We're lucky if our guys catch the ball when it hits them between the numbers.
  3. Pitchers and catchers report in less than a month. At least I have that to look forward to. In the meanwhile, Go Pack Go!
  4. I doubt I'll even watch the AFC Championship.
  5. Tornado warning keeps Cowboys, Packers fans at AT&T Stadium after game http://usat.ly/2iBbt9V
  6. Looks like P*triots to the Super Bowl again.
  7. What. A. Game. I swear my heart is pounding. So happy we get to see GB again next week.
  8. What a difference a clean pocket makes. I also have a bad case of receiver envy. I just can't believe the separation and athletic catches I'm seeing.
  9. Maybe they really do keep getting dumber and dumber.
  10. Did you people actually read the article? It clearly states we WILL take players with past indiscretions as long as it isn't domestic abuse. Everybody draws a line somewhere and apparently that's our line. Also, I repeatedly see comments claiming Harbaugh is behind our "rules" when it is clearly Bisciotti himself who draws the line.

  12. Just a thought but maybe getting cut helped him get his head out of his butt. Since he KNEW this was his last shot, he went all out and stopped flinching away from the ball.
  13. Yet when they fired Cam and put the offense in Joe's hands, he took us to a Super Bowl while throwing 0 interceptions. I think his decision making might be better than you believe.
  14. So in other words, when Flacco has a lot of input into running the offense (like in the Super Bowl run) he can be successful? When OCs call stupid plays and tell him to stick with it, he doesn't do as well? Oddly, in our biggest success this year (Miami) the coaches talked about sitting down with Joe and developing a game plan. That's the only time we heard about that.
  15. And yet that is what Buffalo just hired him to do.
  16. Nice to see Ryan finally playing well in a playoff game. Maybe QBs can still improve after 30.
  17. This +1000. Keeping this thread gives us a place to move the off-topic crap that gets posted in other threads.
  18. Thank you for all you did for Baltimore. David was only 55 and passed from lung cancer. One of the favorite pictures I have is of David and me holding the first Lombardi together. He personally took that trophy to nearly every Nest and Roost function for months so that fans could touch it. Here's the Official statement from the Ravens. http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/article-1/Former-Ravens-President-David-Modell-Passes-Away/905f48df-ebf9-4423-8ad1-5b9cb798470a
  19. Roch Kubatko (@masnRoch) 1/13/17, 4:38 PM Hearing Schoop settled for around $3.475 mil or some such round figure. #Orioles Roch Kubatko (@masnRoch) 1/13/17, 5:41 PM #Orioles exchanging figures with Gausman, Brach, and Joseph. Hearing they're not far apart with Gausman.
  20. Ticket prices have dropped below $30 on the secondary market. StubHub had more than 7,000 tickets for sale as of Friday. The weather seems to be making fans leery. The cheapest seats for the game went for $134 on Sunday on ticket tracking and resale site SeatGeek but could be had for as little as $27 on Friday.

  22. Roch Kubatko (@masnRoch) 1/13/17, 2:50 PM Told #orioles also settle with Tillman. Big 3 done Roch Kubatko (@masnRoch) 1/13/17, 2:55 PM Last time I'm pulling over. Tillman gets $10.5 mil per source. #orioles Steve Melewski (@masnSteve) 1/13/17, 3:20 PM The 5 that settled before arbitration (Machado, Britton, Tillman, Flaherty, McFarland) get $35.435M. Four still left projected for $11.2M.
  23. As one of those fans who got to hold the Lombardi with David, all I can say is "Thank you." I will cherish that picture forever. David worked tirelessly to build the fanbase and "connect" us to the team. It would have been far different without him.
  24. Eduardo A. Encina (@EddieInTheYard) 1/13/17, 12:59 PM Orioles closer Zach Britton agrees to $11.4 million deal for 2017, avoiding arbitration. dlvr.it/N60t46 pic.twitter.com/R2DQlNzH0J Roch Kubatko (@masnRoch) 1/13/17, 1:14 PM Machado agrees to terms on $11.5 million deal, per source. #orioles list down to 5. Britton and Machado were 2 of the biggies.
