Minnesota Vikings
I am in
make sure to take lots of Steelers playersI know whichever team I take this year is going to mount injuries and retirements, so I'm sure it won't matter who I pick lol
It was a great play by the defense. They were running the exact same blitz three times with man coverage on the outsideDid anyone else watch that INT by Flacco? Seemed like the CB (Cockrell) was covering Marlon Brown on a 9 route, and then broke off to go underneath SSS just as he threw it. Seemed like a really good gamble rather than a bad read by Flacco (which Simms seemed to agree). Thoughts?
On the pick they perfectly sold the same play but called a combo coverage which means the corner jumps every underneath breaking route.
Sometimes you got to take your hats off for something and that was the perfect call in this situation and very well excecuted by Timmons and Cockrell
I think he is up there with the best of 'em. He has got terrific instincts and is a psycho in the boxwill hill is the best safety in football. ready for my negs.
And Will Hill is a monster he had an incredible game!!!
I wonder if we had someone different calling the plays for the second half. Because the defense kinda worked
It completely is on Pees. If you can't cover AJ 1 on 1 you need to double him, which he did on like 2 playsNo one on the team stopped AJ. That isn't a Pees problem but at this point I just don't care.
Pees is a joke. That guy needs to go as soon as possible
There is no excuse to let Kendrick Freaking Lewis cover AJ Green after the Go-Ahead TD. This is just plain and simple stupid
If I were a neurologist I'd love to study Pees because nobody knows what goes on in your brain when you let a premier NFL WR covered by someone whose worst attribute probably is man coverage. Unaccaptable!
The banana peel comment was humorous ... I'm just responding to the cries to dump Hurst and go get a better backup LT after this performance. Wagner got abused as well. Both were double digit negatives in grading. Should we be rid of him as well?
Last year, Monroe was out at the end of the season and into the post season. Many say we were a super bowl team, had it not been for our secondary. I didn't hear anyone saying we were a super bow team, had it not been for our back up LT.
Sunday was ugly all the way around. Hopefully, Monroe gets back ... and more importantly, plays well when he does.
The difference between Wagner and Hurst is that Wagner showed what he is capable of all of last season, while Hurst never impressed me at all, not even last year.
I think this week Hurst had a bad game again and seemed to have been struggeling throughout the game. Wagner rebounded quite well and had a solid outing in my opinion
With the run game we had last year you could get away with a struggling LT, although Osemele saved Hurst on more than one occasion (remember that play on James Harrison). BUT if you face a guy like Brady you will never ever get away with a hugely struggeling defensive backfield. That is why in my opinion we were a backfield short of the SB last year, and could get away with Hurst playing
CJ got it at the end of last year and worked really well with itnot daryl smith? thats pretty odd..not knocking mosley..little surprised about that
I expect any back up out there to have a hard time against a guy like Ware. But Hurst didn't struggle, he rarely touched him.I'm really not sure what you expect. There aren't too many backups in the league that aren't going to struggle at LT with a pair like Ware and Miller. If they can handle guys like that, then, we'll, they'll be starters making $10M per year, as opposed to $500K.
Monroe was out fast, but in his short time in there, he let his man off the edge for a sack and then got whacked, hurt and was out. Yes, he's better than Hurst, so indeed we want him back ASAP., but I'm not so sure he was poised to have a stellar outing either.
A banana would have been more useful as he may have slipped then.
Most of the time he acted like a free rusher because Hurst couldn't touch him if he were a running ice cream cone.
I'm sorry but Hurst is not an adequate back up that guy can't block a speed rush if his life depends on it, while also getting blown back by a bull rush
We need Monroe fast!
Other than that it was a Wade Phillips D so obviously tough to run against. At the beginning there were not a lot of holes but after the half we opened some. Especially for Buck
I don't think they will look at Free Agency at all
Our new starters will likely be Upshaw and Doom with McClellan seeing more time on the outside and Z. Smith will be thrown right in there
Or we will run more 43 looks with Jernigan being healthy again
Jernigan-Davis-Williams-Canty/Doom
CJ-Daryl-Upshaw
Sounds pretty solid actually. Also we can rotate Brown Orr and McClellan in depending on the situation. And let Upshaw play some DLine aswell
You just shocked my world for a few secondsNot a cut, but here's some semblance of an answer...
Aaron Wilson @AaronWilson_NFL 1m1 minute ago
Ravens have Michael Campanaro in place as their primary punt returner
I think they will keep Jensen because he is very versatile. He can play like any position on the LineBiggest question marks I see left...
Trawick vs. Vaughn
Brown vs. McClellan vs. Thompson
KLM vs. Bilukidi vs. Tyson
Reid vs. Hurst vs. Jensen vs. Myers
Magee making it or not
Some you can take 2 out of the list or whatever, but these guys seem to make up the bubble at this point.

Thanks!Dubs up now. Then your go.
Am I up?Gabe is now on a 6 hour clock as that was his 2nd skip.
Ozzsome is also on a 6 hour clock.
I think Arthur Brown played really well. In my opinion he outplayed McClellan and Orr for that back up spot. Judging by that one game.
Reading OLinemen seems to come natural to him and he explodes through a gap once he notices run. He is not the best against the pass, but he was solid I think. But concerning Pass Coverage Orr and McClellan couldn't do it for their lives
Is Arthur Brown still not in on Defense?
