    No surprises there really. My guess is if the current TE squad are performing then Pitta gets IR after PUP and retires next off season. I wish it not to be true but can see this scenario most likely. Urban gets IR/DTR before next roster move.
  2. This participation trophy thing all depends on the age of the kids and what can motivate them. Younger need different forms of encouragement than older and every kid is different.

    Wes Welker's 40 time was also 4.65. That worked out pretty well. Welker was not the norm for sure but there is a chance for Steelman, especially being squared away by military training.

    Hard to believe this kid just became legally able to drink alcohol in April. Sounds like his dad has a huge influence in his life. I doubt he'll be getting into off field issues.
