TNA has great talent, just needs better booking. I also like Sting, Flair, Foley, Hogan, Bischoff and Jarrett etc... but only in promos. Jarrett can still wrestle but TNA has been overexposed to him, he's like the poor mans Triple H.

It definitely should have been Angle but it's not surprising considering how badly they've booked Hardy, he should have been the focal point from day one. Also, Jarrett, Hogan and Bischoff are better heels. The Anderson thing is how you put over a new face, charismatic heels eventually win over a crowd.
