Fast Five is really good, in a brainless feel good way. Looking forward to Thor, international reviews are pretty good so far.

Fast 5 is a decent action movie, better than the other 4. An epic Rock vs Vin fight scene steals the show.

But it has The Rock and Vin Diesel, it's like Fast and Furious mixed with a Chuck Norris joke.

Face vs Face can work provided it has the star power, they could build the feud off mutual respect and a symbolic passing of the torch.

The reason Cara bypassed the FCW training system straight into Raw was because he was considered the best lucha in the world (and also because of his pricetag). He obviously has a level of pacing and agility exceeding those he's had the misfortune of working with, which means the timing is off which means he needed FCW time to get used to the WWE style. You could argue that his botches weren't his fault (trampoline too close, Primo falling, Cena dragging Riley to the wrong place)

Anyone planning to see Fast 5?

I have to respectfully disagree here, I could easily argue that people like Morrison for the same reasons ie a unique entrance and interrupting heels for cheap pops. If you want to say Morrison is a draw because he does difficult high spots then why isn't the X-Division the main event title for TNA? and why didn't Wrestling Society X catch on? theres more to wrestling than flashy moves and a great look. I'm going to cite recent failures in upper midcard title pushes as to why Morrison hasn't has his shot yet and why he's probably the next in line, but like Truth, Sheamus, Swagger, Barrett, Ziggler etc if he can't show the intangibles to step up and win over the "WWE Universe" his stay at the top won't be a long one.

I'm not a fan of Truth, but to say to say nobody wants to see him and he isn't over is anything but.

Monsters is a great alien invasion flick, realistic and much better than Battle LA and Skyline (probably because it's made by a British director). It's the first movie I've seen in a long time that wasn't predictable.

There are a few factors that worked against Christian (or at least current day Christian) getting that main event run, I doubt this will last long.

They need to ditch the trampoline entrance or get the trampoline in the right place. He wasn't hitting the ropes before he came to the WWE.

Taker should pass the torch and retire the character, that doesn't necessarily mean he should lose though. Personally I think the best fit would be Randy Orton, or Wade Barrett.

One problem with Cena is he's sold out to the kids so much he can't become a tweener and transcend demographics like the Rock and Austin. Also I think creative should take note of the success of past wrestlers and apply them to the current wrestlers, for example take the Stone Cold template and apply it to Orton giving him an entire organisation to battle against, fans can always relate to a blue collar badass who defies authority.
