    Finally finished the ITIL Glossary flashcards (they are now on my iPad) so that I can study no matter where I am. Tomorrow will work on the exam test questions. I am bound and determined to get this cert knocked out so I can start on my Risk Management cert next. So once again its late and I am bushed. Lots of love to you all and have a great night.
