Finished the evening with a sliced apple with Maple Peanut Butter. That one cost me 420 calories, but its ok I still have 1400 left and my big butt is going to bed. Tomorrow is hump day and the weekend can't get here fast enough. I finally get to spend a weekend with my sweet heart. Have a good evening and a great day tomorrow my friends and family.... Ok its 9:30 and I am ready to put my old tired butt in bed. I swam this morning and I rode my bike when I got home from work. I didn't get much sleep last night thanks to my mischievous puppies (who sleep all day so they don't need to sleep at night). I am beat. We lost a good friend and co-worker today. She was killed in a car accident on her way home from work. I ask that you please keep the Judice family in your prayer tonight as the deal with the loss of a mother and a wife. Lynne you will be missed.

Finally finished the ITIL Glossary flashcards (they are now on my iPad) so that I can study no matter where I am. Tomorrow will work on the exam test questions. The last thought of the evening. To my younger friends & family. Spend time with your parents and don't be in to big of a rush to leave the family gatherings. For as you grow so do we and before you know it the time has gone and you are only left with the memories you created. Tonight is Jane's first night back on night shift. She ask to go back for a few weeks so that she can study for her CCNA. So it will be the first time in awhile that I will be sleeping alone. I hate when she is not here she is my sweety and i miss her something terrible. I guess I will also use the time to study for my ITIL. We may be moving soon and we need to be on top of our game to find new jobs. Time to grab a salad and hit the videos and books.

Quick update. Mardi Gras is as always a blast, but can be a bit tiring. Up early tomorrow and off to Houma for the parades. Can't beat time to spend with friends and family. Well my week did not end on the high note that I was expecting it to. It seems that the winds of change may be a blowing. I have my work cut out for me this weekend. Today's verse was Luke 16. Listening to the sermon got me to thinking. What have you done with what has been given to you by God. Have you taken your gifts, be it wealth or talents to please yourself. I confess to you that I have done just that many, many times. I have prayed for blessings during times of need, but when I received those blessings I have used them to only better myself. I have not shared those blessings to enhance God's kingdom, but have used those blessings to please myself....

Kicking butt on my studying, knocked out two courses this week. Scope & Requirements, and Risk management. Both courses are worth 28 PDUs, I only need 2 more to make my PMP good through 2014. Going to work on Quality this coming week then the last week of my open time I am going to hit the ITIL foundations and orientation study so that I can go take the exams and get certified. I absolutely love video training. I was able to do several Project Management Risk videos this evening while I was cruising on treadmill. So I got my exercise and learning in at the same time. Now that is making a better me, a healthy mind and body, go figure. After my back surgery the only other exercise my doc approves of is swimming and right now I can't afford the gym fee. I praying that will change soon.

I have made no New Years resolutions except one. This is the year of no regrets, my goal is to look back on January 1, 2013 and be able to say that I don't regret anything. I am going to do my best to apply this thought to all aspects of my life. I know there will be moments when I will fail but I refuse to let it continue. I will need the help of my family and my friends to achieve this. I pray that God will give me the strength, courage, knowledge and wisdom to walk this path. I ask that th...
