Finished the evening with a sliced apple with Maple Peanut Butter. That one cost me 420 calories, but its ok I still have 1400 left and my big butt is going to bed. Tomorrow is hump day and the weekend can't get here fast enough. I finally get to spend a weekend with my sweet heart. Have a good evening and a great day tomorrow my friends and family.... Ok its 9:30 and I am ready to put my old tired butt in bed. I swam this morning and I rode my bike when I got home from work. I didn't get much sleep last night thanks to my mischievous puppies (who sleep all day so they don't need to sleep at night). I am beat. Going to ready my Bible and my ITIL book for a little while then its out with the lights. Have to go to New Orleans tomorrow for a meeting so I will be spending plenty of time behind the wheel. We lost a good friend and co-worker today. She was killed in a car accident on her way home from work. I ask that you please keep the Judice family in your prayer tonight as the deal with the loss of a mother and a wife. Lynne you will be missed.

Smoked Salmon, Chicken Breast, and Pork loin, hot off the grill. Need to make some sides and veggies before my hard working sweety gets home from work. She can decide what she wants from the list... I LOVE THE LORD, he made my day better.

Working out in the yard getting ready to put the garden in. I am wearing my Kilt in honor of Jane's heritage. I like the Kilt nice an airy, need to get a few more of them. Finally finished the ITIL Glossary flashcards (they are now on my iPad) so that I can study no matter where I am. Tomorrow will work on the exam test questions. I am bound and determined to get this cert knocked out so I can start on my Risk Management cert next. So once again its late and I am bushed. Lots of love to you all and have a great night.
