    I hope the reports about the FO forcing coaching staff decisions on Harbs aren't true. I wouldn't want our team to turn into the Baltimore Cowboys.

      Open your eyes. Harbs had his hand held his first 5 years here! Last year he was given free rein over the team, and it was a disaster! Ozzie and Steve aren't stupid! (neither am I) :)

      The 'reports' are just the opining of Mike Preston.

      Right. Because

      Ray Lewis and Ed Reed made all the coaching decisions when they were here, and Harbs was just in the background the whole time.
