OT is not a sexy position. Ppl want to see a defensive player ("playmaker") get picked high, especially after how poorly our defense played last season. Dunno why. We won't get a dominant pass rusher in the first(the only sure pick is Bosa, imho) and the DB class seems super deep. We might as well sure up the OL and get a good corner in the second.
I like KO alot, but it's not like he is a proven OT. It's still a gamble to assume he'll be good for a whole season.
Speculations before the draft get crazy. I can't tell you how often I've changed my mind. I agree, that Stanley looks solid, though. He and Tunsil are not worlds apart and the Cowboys have shown what a great OL can do for a team.
