This type of article males me think the coaches and Joe are nuts. He has just come off ACL/MCL surgery, just got the crap beat out cause his line could block for 3 seconds and he and coaches want more deep passes. Unbelievable!

You need better pass protection and a running game to setup play action.

I was thinking the same thing; longer passes? Joe holding the ball too long cost us a fumble and the game Sunday (among other things.)

I don't know if it is because Hochuli is so recognizable or not but his crews seem to call more penalties than others. Some of those 22 penalties were hard to see. I absolutely hate when they throw a flag on crap like Wallace's 2-point conversion. And some of those holding penalties were weak. (Of course, some were pretty flagrant too.)

If Bosa takes his signing bonus all in this year he owes a gigantic tax bill April 15, 2017. He would be smarter to spread it out to 2018 and keep some of his money another year before the IRS and California get there crack at it.
