  1. "The final decision on hiring a quarterbacks coach will be made once the Ravens decide on an offensive coordinator and then build an offensive staff that best fits the group."

That implies to me that the offensive staff is not guaranteed at the moment

1: How is changing his title from run game coordinator to offensive line coach a promotion? It's not, lol. Harbaugh literally said he would do all the same things he did last year.......

    2. If you think Harbaugh is okay with mediocrity then you are very sadly mistaken.

I don't think he's ok with mediocrity. I think he's OK with Castillo, who was mediocre last year. If Castillo doesn't perform this year, I think he's gone too.

  2. Yeah, except Harbs said that the OC can build his own staff.... I mean, the proof is in the pudding here...

I thought the bond was tight between Cameron and Harbaugh, but I think the one between Castillo and Harbaugh is much stronger. Not only did Harbaugh seemingly OK the mediocrity, he bumped the guy up a position.

  3. I'm going to go ahead now and say I think it's Scott Linehan that will get the job. I think Harbaugh will pick experience over age (Linehan over Shanahan). Linehan grew up in the same era as Harbaugh, thus grew up in the same football 'systems' as him. Unless Wilson comes in today and blows Harbaugh out of the water, I think Linehan will be OC by week's end.

  4. Saving Mr. Banks was an amazing movie, quite possibly the best movie I've seen in a couple years. I cried throughout. Knowing the back story before I saw the movie, it made me think about Mary Poppins differently. It also made me miss my daddy tremendously. It is really a daddy-daughter movie in many ways. Beautiful movie and one of my favorite Tom Hanks roles! :)

  5. This has been the year of the macho movie. I hope 2014 is the year of the love story. I watched 'The Vow' on television this morning, and my improperly balanced hormones made me waste through an entire box of Kleenex! Beautiful movie!

  6. My husband took our two older boys out to see Turbo this evening. He said the theater was packed, and the three of them shared two seats because there weren't three seats together. But he also said the boys loved the movie! My 5-year-old came home quoting lines from the movie, and my husband even said it was a good movie. I feel a little left out of the action. ;) I will have to watch this someday!

  7. What if u don't have kids? Haha

Normally go see every Pixar movie at midnight.. Been a tradition with a few friends...

    Missed this one

My husband and I went to see Finding Nemo in theaters when it first came out, and we didn't have kids at the time. I don't even think we were married at the time. I can't remember when it came out in theaters. I do remember even sitting there and being mesmerized and completely lost in the story of it all. I secretly went to see it two more times by myself after that too. ;)

  8. Since I rarely get out to see a movie whose audience doesn't contain 95% toddlers and young children, I will state that Monsters University is one of the cutest kids' movies I've seen in a long time! :) It entertained my 5-year-old, 18-month-old AND my 33-year-old! :) If you have kids, go and watch the movie. They did a very good job with this one.

  9. My husband and I are two of several people in this theater right now for The Great Gatsby, but we aren't at the 3D version. It might be more packed for that one, but it's not bad right now. The man at the ticket counter said there was a great turn-out for the first viewing last night, and it's been steady throughout the day at the various times. We're at Hunt Valley. Wonderful theater, and I'm excited for the movie to begin! :)

  10. Who is going to go see this movie sometime this weekend? My husband and I are going over to Hunt Valley tomorrow night to the 7:10 showing. I was forced to read this book in high school, and I developed a love for it after thinking I wasn't going to enjoy it. I'm thrilled that they made another movie about it, as I've heard this one is closer to the book than any of the other ones. :)

  11. This is why it seems so difficult for teams that win Super Bowls to repeat the next year. It always seems that the teams have to make some critical decisions and part ways with some key players. I hope Boldin stays. Flacco to Boldin was used a ton last year, and who knows if the team would have gone down to New Orleans if he wasn't there. If he truly isn't playing for money, he'd realize that this is an important step in proving that. I know he wants his due, but...

  12. Ok so I want to get back to playing rugby. I've been doing regular weight training and still am. What exercises do you do. For power and explosion at gym? To improve acceleration and top end speed if possible. Up to now I've just been doing regular strength building exercises for my legs, squats, curls, lunges, leg press etc.

Have you ever done the parachute? I don't know if you can do something like that at a regular gym, but it's incredible how much force it takes to do something like that. Down in Gainesville, I was able to run the stairs at The Swamp (Gators football stadium). I haven't found a place to do something like that up here that would allow me to do that, but that also gave me a great work-out.

  13. Modern Family, America's Got Talent, Cake Boss, The Voice, Parenthood.

Those are the shows I like. What I watch is another story. With a 4-year-old and an 8-month-old, I end up watching countless hours of Yo Gabba Gabba and Mickey's Clubhouse! ;)

  14. I was joking earlier about running after my sons. I wouldn't put that task on anyone. I'm still getting back in shape after having my son, and I've jogged three times a week for about a 1.0-2.0 miles at a time. I lift a little bit, but I do more cardio exercises. I do two consecutive sets of crunches (30 each), followed by two consecutive sets of push-ups (30 each), followed lastly by three consecutive sets of squats/side kicks (10 each). I do all of that twice a day (morning and evening). I also eat healthy. I have a chocolate weakness, but I have found that Skinny Cow products do wonders for that craving! Lastly, I chase a busy 4-year-old and 8-month-old around all day long. Joking aside, that really does burn the calories!

  15. My husband just took a job at Johns Hopkins earlier this month, and so this is the first time I've lived on the East Coast. I grew up in the Mid-West, and I had lived in Florida for more than a decade. We bought a home on Ridge Road close to Reisterstown (beautiful area), and I'm looking forward to the snow! I have missed the cold. I know that's crazy to think that someone would miss the seasons changing, but I'm anxious for Autumn and Winter! :)
