  1. Made the pick. Whoever is next is on the clock. I chose Cook because I like what I've seen from him on the field. I think he has room to grow and we'll see how he does this year. He matched up well with Megatron. Arnie doesn't have any CB so I felt like this was a big problem.

It was between him and another player but I didn't like that the player has played mostly against questionable competition so that made the choice for me. I might take him if he makes it back.

Nice choice, I was just looking at cook. I don't know about all of his off field issues. I have been mostly stating away from players I wouldn't want to root for on a personal level. The kid has alot of potential to be a shut down corner on the field.

  2. Same. If I'm Josh Freeman, wait.

He's going to trust the 5'8 Tim Jennings to cover the 6'4 AJ Green?

Now he's gonna trust someone who gets burned a lot to cover Gordon (assuming I play him past week three)?

*Throws Ball to heavily covered Zach Ertz instead*

    *Gets intercepted*

    DAMNIT.

Jennings was fantastic in coverage last year. He has excellent timing and ball skills. It would be quite a matchup b/w he and green. I think he plans to put Webster in the slot which would be a very good decision.

  3. I'll give Arnie until about 8PM EST to make his pick. It's a weekend and he might be busy and quite frankly I'm a tad busy right now as well. If he wants me to do his picks for him for a week and I'll be beginning with this next pick, then I'm going to need some time to make a good pick. I want to look at his roster and get an idea where he's going with the team. I'll make a pick by 8PM if he hasn't selected by then.

Arnie said he didn't have a board updated because he has been too busy so I would use your best judgement unless he tod Horus something otherwise that is what he posted in here.

  4. Good pick in Quinn

As for the Amendola pick, don't know the rest about your offense so I can't rank it. If he is completing it, phenomenal pick, if he is starting it though, I dislike the pick.

Hawkprey has a really strong run blocking o-line, but his 2 WR's are now Austin and Amendola... 2 guys best played in the slot, interesting choices there.

  5. Looking at my board, safety was one of the positions that was really depleted and Quin was the last guy I really liked.  He is 27 and can play either FS or SS, just like my other S Reshad Jones.  In fact, the Texans had Quin go up against slot receivers in man coverage all of the time last season.  I am going to have Quin play SS and Joens play FS.

I like this combination you have... It gives you flexibility to disguise coverages as well and not have one or the other just the old fashions FS/SS... I think that is important.
