  1. We should keep in mind also Smith hasn't had a history of injuries keeping him out of games, just two major ones. The first one he came back with a vengeance. Also I believe Rice and Tim Brown were similar age with the Raiders and had renaissance seasons.
  2. I think Aiken could work for the Brady offense but I do question his ability to have a repeat of last year. If Steve and Joe are both good to go which is a big question Steve will lead bmore in all receiving categories. Wheaton is interesting because the steelers didn't really add a replacement for their lost wr. And Sanders was just as inconsistent in Pittsburgh and he was able to turn it around.
  3. Yes. I can't wait to get to the beach. I'll still check this. But that doesn't take a lot of time. But the work phone is turning off!
  4. So I haven't looked in to this guys RAS system but to discount analytics entirely is a huge mistake. There is some great advanced work going on and it's pretty well proven to be a viable tool and very predictive of performance. And if this guys took is accurate other than two guys them that is way more accurate than any other method. My point is discounting analytics entirely is a mistake. And teams aren't.
  5. Yeah. I'm totally jealous. Ongoing to myrtle beach that week.
  6. You don't have to brag about going to Hawaii. ?
  7. Obviously blazing saddles
  8. Besides stallworth my least favorite Raven of all.
  9. Alexander will likely be brought along slowly in Minnesota but he's the rookie CB I'd think about taking. Anthony also a nice pick. I think he'll look good this year.
  10. They're all gonna laugh at you.
  11. Spriggs was one playerI was considering when I took Fisher. I believe he is going to have the same exact struggles as Fisher had as a rookie. Only Fisher has come along way since then
  12. Great pick with Butler. I really wanted to get him with my next pick.
  13. I agree he should be a good player. And the Bears are on a roll with great moves. Imo they are my dark horse pick to do some damage starting with winning the north.
  14. I don't know how anyone can honestly evaluate the Ravens right now. The whole offense depends on Flaccos recovery. He makes the rest of the average skill guys go. His mobility often makes up for Oline weakness. If he's playing at the top of his game they'll contend. If not they're 8-8 talent wise. As to your question exactly. Literally every NFL team can beat any other. Might need to phrase it better.
  15. I love Harfords Oline to go with the soon to be best RB in the NFL. Alex Smith with a group of tough hard nosed pass catchers. This matchup v Italians D front will be awesome!
  16. I agree with this exactly. Only not just our defense any defense.
  17. That's fine. I certainly don't agree that Flacco is overrated. I'm saying his opinion shouldn't be valid or not valid based on his playing career.
  18. Well clearly I don't agree with the opinion but I can't get on board with this premise. Yes there are insights to be learned from guys who played the game but that alone doesn't make them a qualified analyst. Some are good at that as well and others not so much.
  19. It's a bit bittersweet losing out on such a great villain. Would have like to see them do more with him. Despite the fitting demise. So who even has an army now that can somewhat hold up to danyres? Other than the undead. The Lanisters seem basically disheveled and unorganized since the old man died. Snows group is hardly formidable now. The new iron army also small and should be the first taken out.
  20. Wait so your saying you can't criticize a player unless you played?
  21. Smith had a lot of big games v the pats.
  22. So let's say Joe Montana makes the same list. His point is more valid why?
  23. I don't see why that should have any bearing on the guys opinion.
  24. Actually it's pretty unanimous at this point all the national folks put Flacco about a top 10 qb give or take one or two. Don't really get the comment about Pars and Steelers as favorites? Why wouldn't they be in that discussion.... perspective
  25. I really liked that movie. Saw it at the drive in. I wasn't familiar with the old show. But as its own it's good.
