I think there's a good medium here. More picks Is a good thing. Ravens ended up picking a record number 4th rounders. A lot of guys you personally like. A future first is a lot to give away if not for a very good deal. What other team is going to give away enough of their 16 draft to be fair value for Ravens said team would need to mortgage their 16 draft. That's not an easy negotiations.

I agree McCarthy is best as an OC. I wouldn't pick him for my HC. He never adjusted well last year and he's not aggressive enough in big games and playoff games.

Agreed 100% with the caveat BigJoe is 100%. Without him honestly the team is bad. I'm pretty shocked anyone thinks the D is better. At best all the young guys max out Suggs gets up to near full strength by mid season they aren't a liability. Man if KO and McPhee were here I'd feel a lot better about this team.
