  1. Why didn't you pick? You're up.
  2. Interesting pick in Williams. He's been a bit up and down but was limited with a shoulder injury. My favorite bit of info I read concerning him is that he is using yoga in his recovery process.
  3. Here are some interesting numbers on potter. He started 7 games at lt and an 8th at rg for Arizona. In 5 of those games he gave up no sacks. Now in his first start at tackle against Green Bay he allowed 5 pressures and one hit. His one really bad game was against Chicago allowing 3 sacks and 3 pressures Now that leaves 4 respectable games. That is not too bad as far as a first yr starter thrust into action in the left side with his other line mates playing subpar ball as and not taking any pressure off the young man. He also had 2 games later in the yr against the jets and the lions who can both generate some pass rush in different ways, where he actually scored a positive rating in pass blocking. So there apears to be some room for improvement here and he is lined up with 4 studs and playing on the right as opposed to the left side.
  4. The tackle position is so thin due to Horus drafting I believe 7 tackles.
  5. Nice pick with the buckeye. I believe he is the best rookie dt available although the biggest steal of the game is still on the board.
  6. Jammer is interesting. It has been a few yes since he has shown up as one of the better corners in the league, however the talent around him has been steadily decking over the last several yrs so it is possible he will perform better with a better supporting cast around him.
  7. As I will be doing quite a bit if traveling as well as a competition over the next several days I have given my plans as well as board to clutch and he has agreed to make any necessary pick for me if I am not here. I also let him no he can send the pick over to Horus as a back up if he can not be around either.
  8. My team is definately a work of art. Or a piece of work lol.
  9. Nice to see bush and brees reunited. Although I think drew prefers sproles he is off the board.
  10. Pacman has actually been the bengals most reliable corner recently. He is still a knucklehead however.
  11. Nice pick here. He does fit in your d perfectly as you have described.
  12. Hmmm Sherrod is kind of a head scratcher to me I would be interested to hear what free agent saw in him?
  13. Nelson to me is kind of an Eric decker. He can be solid with the right qb. I just believe Rodgers makes him look better than he would be with a lesser qb. The good thing with him is he can get down field and does well with deep balls which is good with flacco. He has quite low yac so he doesn't give you much there. I understand why you like brown and I don't think it was a bad pick due to the reasoning behind it. I'm going more by what I've actually seen of him on the field because I was interested in him when he came out. Now I also admit this opinion could be due to the archaic offensive system he was in so he may prove me wrong and you right.
  14. This team is an interesting one for me. I believe this defense is best suited to be a 43. Suh can be a dominant player yes but he's one of those guys I just personally wouldn't want to start building a franchise around due to his character. Dunlap has had a few injury injuries but he has potential to be one of the best pass rushers in the league. Rubin is a nice player as well. Linebackers are good maybe not great players. Whitner is your one secondary player I don't like at all he is quite overrated IMO. I'm not sure about your offensive identity. I would have gone with some young dynamic players to go along with luck. Jennings and Austin's best days are behind them IMO. Sanders is a good third and could be more if he finally grasps the game mentally. The offensive line is good but I don't know if king Dunlap is the left tackle I would want to rely on to protect my franchise.
  15. Now your team is very interesting for me. I would rank your defense near the top as one of my favorites. I'm not the biggest fan of your offense. Flacco and snee are two of my favorites. The others not my personal favorites. Nelson and brown in particular.
  16. I have mentioned a few times dubs and crush are 2 if my favorite constructed teams. I believe every player dizzle has I had ranked highly at one time except maybe quddus.
  17. I love your wrs with randle and to a lesser degree kerley. Randle in particular was my favorite receiver coming out that year. As for your oline I like costanzo mangold and asamoah alot. Dotson has specialized more in pass pro than run blocking which is kind of contrary to how I think your team was gearing itself more toward the run with Richardson and cam featured running. I am not the biggest Richardson fan due to his multitude of injuries. I like your linebackers alot actually. You have put together a nice group there. I like fairly alot as well. It will be good for him to get away from suh. I question the Vernon choice a bit as he is more of a rotational player IMO. At least to this point. Unless you use an extra pick on the dline. In which case I would endorse this pick with his age and potential positive factors.
  18. This could rear its head when he sees half the amount of targets because of Calvin.
  19. Speaking of Rodgers, I'm curious to hear your opinion of my squad.
  20. surprised my Gino pick hasn't gotten more hate. I must admit I am basing my faith in him more on what ozzie thinks he can do, and you can't really argue with that track record, especially on the o-line. Far more hits than misses there. And a year working under Birk puts him much further ahead than say a Frederick. I figured some would doubt Herzlich, but he is surrounded with everything he needs to succeed and has shown some flashes, certainly enough to garner some support from the Giants. They certainly could have pushed for Bishop much harder or resigned Blackburn for not that much money, or be rolling with conner who they signed from the cowboys. I figure his character and leadership alone is worth placing him in the middle of the defense with playmakers and skilled rush people all around him, and if he doesn't pan out there this year that would be an easy position to get a playmaker late in the draft order.
  21. Thanks, he has the type of character I would build a franchise around.
  22. Sorry been trying to post picks for half hour. Couldn't get a cell signal. Woods is a good player. But won't be better than hopkins. I think your team would be feared with luck/marshall/woods. Now you have palmer?/johnson/marshall/woods. Should be a battle for targets leading to palmers second retirement. Anyway... Had to take gino as my center. Not my first choice but he is still young with limitless potential and I will trus that oZzie picked the right man for the job. The only vets left I was considering were poor pass blockers which I don't want for this team. Finally finnished out my defensive front 7. Mark has a load of potential and the confidence of a staff that I trust in the giants. Enough that they let some others walk.
  23. Can Someone put up a smoke signal that will reach Vienna... Dont' have string long enough.
  24. I love this pick, I was thinking of him to add experience to my secondary. His coverage skills are unreal for as long as he has been playing. he was the #1 overall and #1 run defending corner rated by pff last year at the young age of 36. Very nice selection here. I believe his best home would be as the slot/ nickel DB as opposed to safety responsibilities.
  25. Good thing I didn't take osar walcott yet.
