  1. Your team is definitely the youngest. There will probably be some growing pains for the first couple years. But in 3-5 yrs could be dangerous.
  2. Anyone have alternate means of communication for Ed?
  3. Regardless of the players on your team I give you the award for the best team name in the process.
  4. Nooo, tyrod over tim!!!?? I'm so disapointed. I was ready for tebowmania to run wild. Taylormania just doesn't have the same ring.
  5. not a fan of his in the least... probably the most overrated player around these boards during the draft. Couldn't stay in the big leagues in college and then went completely undrafted... Talent does not outweigh his off field risk.
  6. I keep waiting for a controversial pick from you but you continue to disappoint with logical selections... what's up with that? Why NOT pick Geno here? If you have concerns about Freeman (which I personally believe he will prove are unfounded this year) then you have to take another QB... it is the most important position on the field.
  7. Not too impressed with the last 2 wr picks... Outside of one idiotic backflip simpson has been a major disapointment. Below average player imo. Likewise to a lesser extent edelman has failed to take over the welker role for new england. Also don't you have hawkins? He is a younger quicker more explosive version of eddelman...in which case if he is your #4 then can't argue with him as much.
  8. Still no qb for hawk....its the return of the single wing offense!
  9. I have 3 players I want to take with my final pick. 3 different positions. Have no idea which one to take if they are all there. I can tell you I won't be choosing a kicker for team chaos. Wayyy too many valuable positions remaining.
  10. Fantastic choice with hynoski. I mulled him over and over with my last pick but decided the position was less vital to my teams success than the backup lineman. Can always bring him in for short yardage. Back to hynoski, I have the feeling he will be the best fullback in the league over the next 5 year span.
  11. It will be interrersting to see if osi can return to form after the down year. He can be a super pass rush threat at times or totally disapear and be ineffective. I always thought he would wind up hear at some point. Ozzie pretty much never misses a targeted player but perhaps those rumors were unfounded.
  12. Nice pick with Bell. he is a guy I had neck and neck when I picked Vereen. I honestly have no idea why Detroit spent resources on Bush when they had Bell who would have filled nicely in that role, but I figure that's why they are the Lions and will no doubt be picking in the top 10 once again.
  13. I've always liked Landry quite a bit. He's not as good in coverage as I would want from a modern day safety, but he is a solid player nonetheless.
  14. Very pleased to get Robinson this late in the draft. He will be a fantastic veteran presence for my young secondary. He excels at play recognition and is a fantastic run defender. May have the versatility to play some safety as well. Kelvin beachum is a very nice, underrated offensive lineman. Extremely versatile. His ideal position should be guard. As a seventh round pick he was pressed into the starting right tackle re for 5 games and held his own there. The steelers are actually practicing him at center this year as well. Maki g him one of the most valuable, versatile backups available for every line position.
  15. Gevings team has the makings of a fantastic defensive line.
  16. Isn't Keith butler the next in line?
  17. Duke williams is one of my favorite prospects coming out of this fraft. Nice versatile player who can handle all the safety responsibilities. He is maybe the surest tackler in this whole class as well.
  18. Welcome back. I think either group makes sense for your team.
  19. I am shocked to see the prophet grab another steeler. Lol. Actually I really like bells potential. He should be a versatile back who can do it all. He runs a bit too upright for my taste though, similar to mendenhall.
  20. Belicheck, Payton and harbaugh are about as different style coaching as you can get, strange you would list those 3 as your targets.
  21. Just for fun my ideal coaching staff would have been: Hc: Tom coughlin Oc: urban Meyer Dc: chuck pagano
  22. Hmm. I had never heard of Thurmond before. I looked him up and he seems to have missed a ton of time with injury but could be involved this year. Nice find.
  23. How bout boomer sooner, boomer sooner...
  24. His pick is in now we need to contact ravens_ Does anyone have a really long piece of string?
  25. Then again why not take a risk on a player that could pay off big in this late round.
