    Very excited to see our offense next year under Kubiak. But, unfortunately if it works out great and Kubiak is the guy for us he will likely get a head coach offer after the season.

      As George Allen used to say "the future is now" I'm just glad they're bringing in a new system and scrapping the old one. If nothing else that's a win.
