I can't believe they let Renner go again.  What the heck is the FO thinking? 

You can't help but love Steve Smith, even though he's in pain he puts the kids first.  Everything he does he gives 100%.  I'm so glad the Panthers screwed up and we signed him.  Even if it's only for a short time he's made a big impact on this team.

I hope Santa brings him his Christmas wish.

The very first game I ever went to was right after Christmas.. pre Flacco.  I don't remember who our QB was (for some reason I'm thinking Troy Smith) but he was second string, playing against the Steelers.  We pulled it out, we could still do that.  It would be the perfect end to a lousy season.

Love Chris Canty, one of my favorite players, but... he was toying with retiring last year, I think Sunday was his last day on the field.  

I'm on the Renner bandwagon too.  There are only 3 games left, get the kid ready for next year.

I liked Renner in the pre-season, reminded me of Flacco in his first debut.  Stayed calm during a 2 minute drill and got the TD.  With time and practice he could be good.  I'm glad we resigned him, even if it is to the PS.

Keep doing what you're doing Daniel.. you're already a fan favorite, Just read these boards and see how many times your name has come up.

NFL is going to make a bigger deal of Schaub's  "concussion" than the ref's bad play calling.  That's their way of drawing attention away from the fact they are blind..

One of the bright spots was seeing Daniel Brown getting some opportunities. Daniel was robbed of his first NFL TD. Still mad about that bad call. On another pass, Daniel was awesome and shucked that defender right off of him like a gnat. Let's keep this kid on the field and see if he develops in to something special...we need a tough WR like Daniel and he has the raw materials, the size, hands and strength to be a real good WR.

I agree, he just proved that his block punt and returned TD in pre-season wasn't a fluke.  The kid has talent, get him some more reps..

I loved that Jim was biting his nails..

The Good: Tucker's contract is getting cheaper. Aiken is coming around.

 

The Bad. Pick-6 Schaub again. Questionable decisions on 4th down.

 

The Ugly: The refs. As usual.

I'd change the good to Daniel Brown.  He had that touch down, and a good long catch.  He should have been on the field more.

The Bad and Ugly are spot on..

The closest the Browns come to being a great team was in the movie "Draft Day"...

Finally!  I've been holding my breath to see Brown play.  I hope he knows how many fans were asking for him.

Why is Daniel Brown showing up on the IR list?  Did I miss something?

Daniel brown was also just released. That kinda sucks- was really pullin for the kid. Thought he might eventually get a shot with Marlon going down.

Me too... I really liked what I saw.  They should have a least given him a chance.

Those have been the best so far.. really kind of cute.

One thing I have noticed all season is that when there are shots of the sidelines, Schaub is always excited and engaged with the game. I appreciate and respect Schaub's professionalism, being mentally and emotionally involved. He has been paying attention to every offensive play, rather than detaching and doing nothing on the bench. So now he will be physically involved and I hope that all the time invested mentally and emotionally will pay off in performance. Good, bad or indifferent, I am supporting Schaub and wish him well at the helm.

I hadn't noticed, but that's encouraging to know. 

What worries me about Matt is.. he has a one year contract.  Does he care enough to give it his all?
