  1. Stop Crabtree & the 49ers on 4th and Goal to WIN THE SUPER BOWL?
  2. Kindle was a 2nd Round pick, but don't let facts get in your way. Flacco, Ed Reed, Ogden, Ray Lewis, Jamal Lewis, Bouleware, McAlister, Todd Heap, Suggs, Ngata, Grubbs, Mosley - all 1st round picks. Yeah, you're right, we don't know how to draft, they all suck.
  3. You mean just speculating that it's a "degenerate knee disease" like YOU did? Osgood Schlatters disease has ZERO to do with tearing ligaments in your knee. Again, do some research - there's this thing called "google" now. You have a ton of misspelled words and bad grammar in your post. You do know that's a sign of Alzheimer's and Agraphia right? Maybe you should get checked out by a doctor (See the reach there?)
  4. Don't have any WR that can catch the ball so might as well run a 4 TE set...
  5. Monday thru Friday, NFL refs work regular jobs. On Saturday, they travel to game, get together for an hour or so and then call the game on Sunday. Instead of working a 9-5 job Mon-Fri, they should be working for the NFL and using that time for training, reviewing game film/bad calls, etc. But the NFL doesn't want to pay them to do that.
  6. Maybe as a fan, you should do a little more research. Every sports therapist/doctor has said this injury is not related. And if we are telling the truth, it's not a "degenerative knee disease", it's a disease that affects kids as they grow, once grown, there are no affects. But I guess it's just easier to make some uninformed, hatred post instead.
  7. Then point the finger at EVERY GM in the history of the league. Players get hurt - 1st round picks included. 75% of ALL 1st Round draft picks this year haven't done ANYTHING with their team. 50% of ALL 1st Round draft picks from last year haven't done anything. By your account, Bill Belichick must be the WORST GM in history, his 1st 4 picks in the last 3 drafts have netted him 1 starting linebacker. Twelve high draft picks for 1 guy...I don't know why the Pats keep him around.....
  8. The only professional sport in the world that does NOT have full-time refs. You make $9 BILLION per year but can't afford to pay your refs full time? If you make them full time and give them benefits then they can afford to get new sets of glasses or laser eye surgery. AJ Green's catch is considered a catch and fumble but Odell Beckham's catch is considered an incomplete pass. And Daniel Fell's catch is ruled an incomplete pass. How is that possible?
  9. Been drilled into them since high school (it was with me). There's a reason that WRs don't score high on the Wonderlic.
  10. You have to play match-ups. The Jaguars mostly play a Cover 3 on defense. That basically takes away the deep ball, takes away the middle of the field and takes away runs up the middle. What's left is short passes on the sidelines and runs to the outside. That is exactly what we saw all day. The Ravens couldn't hit a deep ball, couldn't run in up the middle and Forsett doesn't have the speed to run outside. But throws to the FB & TE on the sideline worked - that's exactly what the Ravens were calling. The Jaguars have a Top 10 run defense but have zero pass rush. Makes sense that you would throw the ball against a team that can't get pressure on the QB more than trying to run up the middle into a wall of defenders against a defense that's great at stopping the run.
  11. Lol, because past success, ability to do the job, etc is not on your list or requirements. We know who you voted for president....
  12. Yes. Start with: Will Hill - can't cover and too many penalties Daryl Smith - can't cover Kendrick Lewis - can't cover and can't catch Kyle Arrington - can't cover Kamar Aiken - can't catch (how many balls bounce off his hands) Marlon Brown - can't catch Jeremy Ross - can't catch (how do you muff a fair catch that bad?) Brandon Trawick - can't play special teams (4 total tackles this year, 2 penalties)
  13. That play was in the 1st Quarter. And it would have been a 54+ yard FG. Tucker struggles kicking at home (for some reason) - he missed from 58 later in the game (and missed a 51 against the Brownies). You can't assume he makes that FG. The Jaguars scored after that turnover on downs but only after 2 defensive penalties by the Ravens (Will Hill & Daryl Smith cannot cover anybody without holding).
  14. Oh please. One bad year of losing out of eight especially with a high amount of turnover, high amount of injuries and a huge amount of dead money not allowing you to sign anyone. And you do realize that Belichick was a joke of a coach for 5 years in Cleveland. Let's fire one of the best young coaches in the league - that's real smart. The Ravens should have fired Billick in 1999 right? After 3 straight losing seasons? While we are at it, why don't we just cut Flacco and save all that salary cap money. We can draft a QB and sign Alshon Jeffrey. Please. Have a little faith. And loyalty. Every team has a bad year.
  15. blah, blah, blah. Please look into your Squealers crystal ball and tell us, who are the Ravens 2016 opponents? Let me guess, Browns x 2, your Squealers x 2, Bengals x 2? Who else? I'm sure the Ravens organization would like to know their schedule too....
  16. We've lost 1 year (this year). What's Detroit & Miami done the past couple of years? What have they done this year besides being last in their divisions? What's your point - we should throw everything away and be more like the Lions? The team that has never won a Super Bowl? That's your brilliant solution?
  17. Discipline is not the responsibility of the DC, it's the responsibility of the position coaches. They are the ones that coach and teach proper technique, positioning, etc. Again, when you have a WR coach and a DB coach with NO prior coaching experience, you get these type of results on the field. Bobby Engram - good player, terrible WR coach. Chris Hewitt - not a good player, even worse DB coach.
  18. So, you think this team has playmaking talent at WR, CB, Kick Returner and RB? We don't need any of those? I would tend to disagree. We need players that can play in the NFL but unfortunately the Ravens have so much dead money that we can't afford playmakers - we have to sign guys off the street for min $$. I may want a good steak but if I only have $5 in my pocket, I'm not eating at Morton's.
  19. I think it has more to do with picking in the Top 5 every year than winning in the off-season. I mean, Bernard Pierce really ran all over the Ravens today, right?
  20. the 49ers said the same thing. Let's get rid of the coach that has done nothing but win. The locker room is is disarray, the head coach has to go. So, I can't wait to watch the 49ers in the Super Bowl this year...oh wait....
  21. Because it's never the players, right? Blame the government, lol
  22. Vince Lombardi couldn't win with players that can't catch, can't tackle or can't fair catch a punt. But you watched the game today and think it's Harbaugh's fault....lol.
  23. Some un-knowledgeable fans want to blame Trestman for that play on 4th & 4. But NO team in the NFL has a play that calls for a crossing TE at 2 yards. I played TE in high school & college and it's the TE (or receiver) job to MAKE SURE THEY RUN THEIR ROUTE PAST THE 1st DOWN MARKER especially on a crossing pattern. That play is COMPLETELY the fault of Gilmore. Ask him and I bet he'll tell you same thing. Every coach I ever had taught it that way. Bottom line, players didn't get it done today - Lewis dropped INT, Flacco's bad throws, Ross (David Reed 2.0) muffed punt, too many penalties, horrible tackling, etc. Winners make plays, losers blame the refs.
  24. Sprain = Tear. Urban tore his ACL = Sprained Knee Perriman tore his PCL (plus bone bruise) = Sprained Knee Yes, tearing your ACL is worse, but he implied that a sprained knee is not that big of a deal. Tearing a ligament is tearing a ligament. Some just heal faster than others.
  25. It was a little more than smoking weed. He failed at least 10 drug tests and instead of owning up to it, he did the typical "blame the process" or "blame the people who leaked the drug tests". He refused to get counseling until he realized it would keep him out of the NFL. He was more concerned with hanging with his buddies and promoting the night club. He blew off teams and meetings before the draft (yet he still planned a huge draft party). No different than Josh Gordon or others. My point is that when things go bad, these types of character are the 1st to blame everyone else but themselves and it destroys the team (see 49ers, Cowboys, Bengals, etc). Let's see how he acts when he gets that $50 million contract after next year and then his team starts losing. I'm not saying that he hasn't turned his life around because it happens (and good for him if he does), but are you willing to gamble your draft and future salary cap on it? Ray Rice had one horrible incident and the Ravens are still paying the price for it. His dead money is part of the reason why we have to sign WR & CB off the street for minimum $$.
