The 2 constants over the last 8 years - Harbaugh and Flacco. One of them is the real problem, if not - both.
I love Joe. He has shown those glimpses of greatness, but in between that a whole lot of head scratching. John was a breath of fresh air after Billick left. The polished optimistic guy that made you feel good about everything. The problem is I feel like now all he is doing is blowing smoke up my "you know what".

My advice to Marty,
Keep Joe under center. His mechanics are better there. Run the ball to generate a good play action. Use the gun with a back, never empty. And let's see where we can go from there.

I'm a Flacco fan , BUT he truly is a QB that needs an elite offensive line. Has always been the case. Flacoo even before the knee injury never rolled out a little with Kubs but that was it. The Super Bowl run the line played at a high level and he basically threw jump balls to Boldin and Pitta. I've never thought of Joe as elite cuz those are rare but he's been good enough to have a winning record with good players around. He has to be protected that's the bottom line.

Guys I'm afraid the team just isn't any good. Same old schemes nothing new. Most teams when they play the Ravens look like they have the playbook as well both offensive and defense. Team has talent but coaching is stale.

Well he SHOULD ! That was the worst call under those conditions that I've seen in a long time. Add to the fact that it wasn't even disguised well, you had Tucker line up as a left footed kicker. It was a desperate move. I'm glad Trestman was let go, I didn't like the hire and to this day I still think the Ravens should have hired NORV TURNER !

i just saw a pic on that fake FG Justin lined up as a left footed kicker and the side he through to was staked. Harb's seat is starting to get warm. IMO.

At this point going through what I thought was 5 very winnable games 3 of which were at the Bank to be 3 -2 going against 5 weak defenses and not seeing ANY improvement is on everyone. These next 2 games are crucial for this team. Must wins to make up for these last 2 loses. My feeling right now is 6 - 10 season. Not a happy fan right now.

Waller is good at special teams as well. Williams goes on IR gets healthy and stronger.

I see Waller being put on the 53 and Williams on IR. I also see Forsett sadly being cut and going with West, Dixon & Allan. JMO.

#1 priority is getting the Offensive Line to gel. Seems the unit isn't on the same page most plays.

This week is a MUST WIN ............ imo.

Agreed. If it isn't clear by now, Flacco doesn't like Trestman's play calling at all and neither do the fans.

I agree, seems Joe has something to say after every game so far in a nice manner , but read between the lines Joe's not happy. Does Joe have the authority to switch plays at the line, if not he should.

Trestman & O line a great concern.

Weddle knows this offense facing it with the Chargers. I expect the D to be fine, its the offense that I'm worried about .......... I'm not sure Trestman is the man for the job. Seems to professor like with his play calling.

Ravens mis KO BIG TIME ! Absolutely NO push what so ever. The only mauler is Yanda and I think he's regressing. I'm with the pundits that the Ravens really haven't been tested. 3 VERY weak teams to start and not a bad thing kinda like an extended pre season. BUT they have to improve the offensive line play. I would put Jensen in at center. He's a mauler and likes to mix it up. Also I would go with Dixon/Allen when Dixon gets healthy. Love Forsette as a person , but he can't break a tackle. Get him in open space screen passes. Defense is playing Raven football and feel good about the direction the D is going.

My take is this weekend is a HUGE game to see if this Raven team is legit or just an average team. The main issue I see right now is the running game or lack of. Has anyone heard anything about Dixon. He reminds me of Ray Rice back in the day. Need to be able to run the ball. Huge early test in Jacksonville.

My 2 cents so far I like what I see EXCEPT the run game and pass protection. The run game I don't like the delayed hand offs too me that's not pro ball. Never been a big fan of shoot gun hand offs. Get under center and hit the hole hard. Pass protection I know its a work in progress and will get better. Just run the ball better and things like play action and the deep ball will be there also the D will get the rest it needs to be a top unit.

Typing this with tears in my eyes my heart goes out to CB's family. A great coach and a better man. Will truly be missed both with Raven Nation and more importantly to community. May you RIP CB.

With that attitude LET HIM WALK. What precedent is set when a team gives into a players threats ? Look at Von Miller just as an example. Football is the ultimate team sport and it takes a lot of moving parts just to execute a play. Tucker didn't have a good season last year SO I think the Ravens want a show me year , but Tucker is like forget last year just pay me or I walk. With that attitude I would say thank you for your service there's the door don't let it hit you on the way out. Good riddance !

He wont be back. He's a slow healer and that not his fault. Just get it right and heal up properly. Is it the same knee as last year ???Only thing that's not cool , Ravens lose 2 years off of his contract. Now that's not cool. Hang in there Breshad.
