One other thing after yesterday's press conference my take is that Steve and Ozzie have their sights on Joey Bosa and will do what it takes to get him. They both emphasized having a pass rush.

Look Joe has to know IF he does not renegotiate to a "fair" deal for both sides so that the team can plug a few holes he will be tarred and feathered if the Ravens have another non playoff season. It could very well be a disaster ..... clean house kinda disaster. Joe is a good not great QB, no way is he worth 28 million. 18 - 20 yes. not 28. As far as a lot of you calling for Dean Pees head have to remember he's been playing with a short deck since the super bowl. Injuries have played a MAJOR role. Suggs going down and Jimmy Smith coming off a FOOT injury which is a major thing for any athlete. He has to play with the kinda players he has. Get healthy and add a couple and the offense does its job and attack mode will come back , but until then bend but don't break will be the game plan. He's a good coach and glad he's staying.

Right now the last thing we need is a new coordinator on either side of the ball. Pees is a good coach and so is Trestman. The #1 thing for me is if Perriman is the real deal or not. He is the key for us having an explosive offense.

Monroe will be back. Just a tough stretch for him last couple of years. When he plays he does a good job. As far as all of you Pees haters the Ravens had the second best D in the second half of the season. Pees is a good coach and we should be happy to have him.

I love Pitta , BUT for the good of the team retire. Not really sure what that means with the cap ,but I do know that Pitta will be able to live some what normal life.

My 2 cents: Joe's deal should be 17 annually. Do whatever it takes to re sign KO and Upshaw. Find a durable FAST offensive play maker with an NFL resume. Like an Tevon Austin. Draft the kid from Florida Hargreavess. The kid is legit and will be a star. 2nd round a WR.

Tucker has cost himself A LOT of money this season. He's turned into just a regular kicker. I like what the one guy said about ever since he got married he's gotten soft. i don't know might have some truth. Anyways Daniel Brown is the real deal, love what I see in him and Buck Allen and West going forward. Lastly Hurst is the WORST him and Monroe should be shown the door. LT has become high priority in the 1st round.

Its not that the players are committing more penalties its that the refs are throwing more flags. I like what one retired ref said about throwing flags . "let the penalty speak for it self? A lot of these refs are flag happy and that is ruining the game and the sometimes costing a team a W. That's my point refs should take a back seat and manage the game to keep it in hand and let the players decide the out come not the zebras.

Just let coaches challenge penalties using the 2 that they get. Make it a part of their strategy of rationing their opportunities. I concur 100%. the game has gotten to fast for these guys. Wins and loses are at stake.

I'm anything but a "Homer" so for you to grab statistics from out of thin air is typical. He brushed the face mask and grabbed his collar. That's what I saw and that is the only thing that matters. I don't care what talking heads have to say. I don't know where you get your info from but flags are way up this year. In regards with the Ravens the Jags game cost them a win with out a doubt. Yeah a lot of times Joe has been fouled and no flag. That's just another point that officials are all over the map and there is no consistency. To not see that is a person with their head in the sand.

fusuymada, couldn't agree more with your message. The refs have been terrible this season and it seems to be getting worse not better. ESPECIALLY against the Ravens. The Raider game and ESPECIALLY the Jags game. Plus a lot of momentum calls have gone against the Ravens. They could very easily be 7 - 4 right now. I don't get Steve not saying a word after the Jags game nothing crickets. I mean if winning is everything and that was a solid win and the owner says nothing, that tells me all I need to know that money is most important and winning is just the cherry on top. I love football so much I played little league on up to high school and just love the game that much, BUT if the officiating doesn't improve I might be on my way out especially if it continues to cost my Ravens W's. Even last night the refs blew it. That was NOT a face mask. Another team the refs cost them a W.

OK nationally and locally the Ravens front office has been touted as one of the top front offices in all of sports. SO this off season will be a great test to really truly see how a team with Super Bowl aspirations before this season to possibly having a top 3 pick in the 2016 draft. The Ravens are truly at a fork in the road. Could go either way IMO.

As a fan I want to see this team play with fire and let some of the younger guys get some real playing time. This off season clean house with those that don't fit in and get things in order and have a great draft. I truly feel the Ravens will be back with a vengeance next season.

I say Perriman is a bust already before ever taking a real snap. This kind of injury is gonna be chronic IMO. Now I say the Ravens should either draft another WR in the 1st round or sign a top 5 FA. There were red flags about Perriman's knees before the draft. The streak goes on with Ozzie and drafting WRs. : (

High draft pick , experience for younger players , easy schedule next season , chip on their shoulders , get team leaders back & a blue chip free agent signing. This team will be scary good next season. Consider this season a detox. As a fan I have all the faith this time next year we'll be talking about how good this team is.

I love Pitta, BUT this is also a business. He should retire I don't see how you rehab bone on bone. He blew out his hip the second time with no contact. Have no idea how his contract affects the team going forward. To this day I don't see how Ozzie and company signed him as if he were healthy. Stupid move on the front office's part.
