  1. Good - no one else got seriously injured Bad - the game until last 2 minutes Ugly - we won.. would've rather lost and gotten a higher draft pick
  2. Before season starters: QB - Flacco RB - Forsett, Tali FB - Juice OL - Monroe, KO, Zuttah, Yanda, Wagner WR - SSS, Perriman TE - ??? Now.. Starters for next game: QB - Schaub RB - Allen, Mostert FB - Juice OL - Hurst, Jensen, Urschel, Yanda, Wagner WR - Aiken, Givens TE - Crockett I say.. rest Dumerville, Will Hill, Williams, Yanda - maybe have them play half the game from here on out. Can't risk them getting hurt and not recover in time for camp.
  3. Pees gets fired at bye week (due to another defensive blowout dud vs Cardinals), then get to 8-8
  4. This is why we are in this situation. http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/baltimore-ravens/cap/ Cap hits Ray Rice RB - $9,500,000 Haloti Ngata DT - $7,500,000 Jacoby Jones WR - $2,625,000 Dennis Pitta TE $6,200,000 Lardarius Webb CB - $9,250,000 Eugene Monroe LT - $7,700,000 We're the 2013 Stoolers at best and 2014 Falcons at worst
  5. Completely agree. Joe needs to build a solid chemistry first, though.. which may take a few weeks. Let's just hope Joe doesn't underthrow him (like he's done all season)
  6. Excited to see what he can do. Check out http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000217223/article/making-the-leap-no-24-rams-wr-chris-givens In the second video, he beats Sherman
  7. Why didn't we trade for him before all these injuries happened..
  8. This doesn't look good, but I'm surprised Steve wasn't in more pain on the sidelines. 4 rib fractures will make it incredibly painful to breathe and often-times cause acute dyspnea (shortness of breath). Since he didn't, I'm guessing it's the top ribs that were involved.. In any case, this takes normal people about 5 weeks to heal. Steve? Probably 1.
  9. Almost all coverage sacks. Good ~4s pocket until the linemen couldn't hold on for much longer. Terrible route running and/or play design basically all night. Run blocking was outstanding - huge holes for Forsett and crew
  10. Offensive line was amazing! What changed? Also, hope SS isn't out very long. Seems like Camp is done, though.. We need to trade for a WR in the next few days.
  11. Any reasonable NTs, 3-4 DEs we could sign? I don't trust Ngata's health, and with Art gone, our abysmal run defense may even get worse. The only guy I see that we have currently with huge upside is Brandon Williams, and maybe KLM. We have literally no one else besides Canty.
  12. I hope we get a WR early in this draft as well.. It's unbelievably stacked and better than last year. Given the production from guys like Keenan Allen (3rd), DeAndre Hopkins (late 1st), Robert Woods (2nd), we'd expect someone like Jordan Matthews and Davante Adams to perform well in their first season
  13. RTs can be found pretty easily, Center yes - but we're probably waiting until post-draft cuts or for the Browns to spend more, and FS can be had in the draft.
  14. All the start-able OTs will be gone by the time we pick. We also don't need a SS. I say we trade down to low 1st, get an extra late 2nd, and grab a FS (Pryor in 1st since Dixon will be gone) and Matthews in the 2nd round along with role players. I'd also love Ebron in the 1st, but that'd leave FS as a major hole unless Omar can step up.
  15. Yes! Move those chains, move those chains, move those chains, MOVE! Alex Mack, we're coming for you!
  16. I'd take Steve over Edelman in a heartbeat. He'd help groom our younger guys - including Torrey, he's cheaper, and he isn't a product of the Patriots offensive passing style.
  17. This is a HUGE shock! Hope we didn't overpay him.. We need a Center, a FS, a RT, and a ILB!
  18. If I were in control.. I'd sign Steve Smith, Dietrich-Smith or Mack, Owen Daniels, and Oher/cap cut RT. Next, draft Clinton-Dix then Jordan Matthews, and Cameron Fleming. The RT position would be a heated battle between Oher (or the FA RT), Wagner, and a rookie. LT - Monroe LG - Osemele C - Mack RG - Yanda RT - Oher/Wagner TE1 - Pitta TE2 - Daniels WR1 - Torrey WR2 - Marlon WR3 - Jordan Matthews Slot - Steve Smith Scary when you put all of these pieces together with Kubiak Mack is the most expensive item, but we have more than enough cap space to play with to get him. The only question is how hard we'd pursue Daryl Smith..
  19. Any mentions of Shanahan in the press conference?
  20. Precisely. I'd love for Hostler to go away
  21. Uhh we still need a new WR coach.
  22. Castillo will do well in his second season with us, as long as we have an equally capable OC calling plays and game planning to the strength of the offensive line and the RBs.
  23. I like the Detroit guy. He made Reggie Bush a star and Joique Bell a top 15 RB. I discount all of their passing stats because it's just not fair with Calvin. I could probably QB for the Lions and throw to him while completing the pass almost all of the time. Hostler needs to be fired.
  24. No need for the extra point, unless pushed back to 25+ yard line to make it more interesting. It'd be fun to contemplate whether to kick for a 40+ yard FG or to go for it from the 3 yard line.
  25. Seahawks. Broncos fans are as fickle and annoying as 9ers fans.
