They just have a bad system that is lacking enough leadership, chemistry, and skill. They do a poor job of getting the most out of their players which makes life harder for everyone out there, including Claiborne. They continue to replace different coaches expecting results, but that side of the ball is just not on the same page. So either Dallas changes their regime, or Cliaborne needs to get out of Dallas if he wants to succeed in this league.

It is quite opposite for players not on powerhouse teams. Such as Pryor, he was the best player out there when Louisville was on defense. He took the biggest responsibility on that side of the ball, because he was head and shoulders above the rest of his defense, same can be said about Bridgewater on the other side of the ball.

When a guy like Pryor comes to the NFL, he is used to the responsibility of having to step up and do more. Which is why there are fewer busts from non powerhouse schools, because they are more familiar with leading their team and coming up big when they need it. Which tends to make these guys more mature for the most part. The same case can be made for Derrick Ward, but he is best at SS so it is hard to say.
