How do you go 2-7 with a franchise quarterback. When a restaurant is doing bad you don't fire the staff you replace the management. Leadership at the top, then the new leadership sorts out the good and bad staff. Harbaugh these are you guys, you answer for this.

I say an illegally good play, then reference to the game when Flacco should have gotten the call for being horse collared but didn't, he was clearly outside of the box. So in the 3 years you're referring to we won a SB and were a possession away from the AFCCG. And in the down year we were a game away from the playoffs.

This year failing, last year Kubiak, year before failing, without Kubiak that's 3 straight years of failure without Ray Lewis and Ed Reed, the locker room coaches. Once the alpha males left including Kubiak Harbaugh just hopes for success. All Billick ever needed was a QB, he knew offense and kept a stud DC. Harbaugh didn't even call Kubiak then lied and say he didn't know, just like he argued with chip Kelly during preseason and lied and said he didn't say nothing, yea that's our leader. The special team coach that wasn't smart enough to call timeout when Cundiff ran on the field late, that's his specialty though, belly-chick saw it and said that's why he didn't ice Cundiff, this head coach guy messes up every year consistently, thank goodness Ray Lewis announced his retirement and someone went over his head last year to bring in Kubiak

The easiest thing to remember was going 5-11 that season, you could have googled that but since you're not a fact finder why waste my time arguing with you. Harbaugh has made bad decisions every year as our coach, year every has had fans calling to fire his coordinators that he stands by, he does not specialize in either offense or defense. Can you tell me the reason he was brought in as head coach in the first place? I know that answer and that need has expired. We now have a new need that he isn't equipped to fulfill.

Thank you Dumervil for being the only player smart enough to play the last play, I'm not mad at you one bit. If Jerigan and Upshaw had helped you the QB would have never gotten up when he slipped. Dumervil was the hero that was abandoned by his company.

the season is over, officially. Time to look at players like Brown to see who should be kept. This is a very big offseason coming up, the Ravens have to make the right moves to turn this around. The OC and DC should be gone, a new philosophy is needed.

If you truly want a new philosophy then we need a new head coach to bring a new philosophy, every year under Harbaugh we say we need new coordinators, when will people realize our head coach doesn't specialize in either offense or defense.

Yeah, he took Billicks team which was an un disciplined 4-12 and took them to the AFC Championship game the very next year.

The only difference between 4-12 was the HC and a rookie QB who didn't play all that well.

And as far as "riding Billicks team" to a Super Bowl?? That's just a dumb comment. The 2012 team had a total of 5 starters from Billicks 2007 team.

Ed Reed, Ray Lewis, Haloti Ngata and Terrell Suggs on defense.

Ray Lewis and Terrell Suggs missed most of that season. Haloti Ngata was injured for stretches as well.

And Ray Lewis and Ed Reed, while still leaders were role players. Plus the defense did not play very well most of that season, although they tightened up a bit in the playoffs.

Besides that, Billick didn't pick the roster. Ozzies always done that. And he had very little to do with the defense which is the only place there was any carry over at all from the Billick era, and most of that carry over either didn't play much or didn't play very well during the Super Bowl year.

So, just a dumb comment overall.

Just by u saying 4-12 makes everything you say wrong, they were 5-11 because Steve McNair got injured. Make things up in your head.

Boldin, Pitta, T Smith; hell, even Jacoby made huge plays for us on that run.

Harbaugh got rid of Boldin for telling Flacco throw him the ball, same with Mason. Pitta was Ozzie's draft choice not Harbaugh's and of course he loved soft Torrey
