The NFL should allow players to smoke for pain and good sleep, it's better than majority of these pain pills they allow that does kidney and liver damage, etc. I don't smoke because my job doesn't allow it but my job doesn't come with tremendous pain either, then just maybe I would need it just for a good night's rest.

There is a slight problem to your theory and that is the fact that Marijuana is still illegal as a national crime under federal law, despite what individual states have ruled. So the NFL saying it is okay really doesn't matter when it is a federal crime.

I thought about that part of it as being a problem as well, but the NFL wouldn't say it's ok to do it they just simply would stop testing for it and just test for the hard drugs as well as performance enhancers. But a more cleaner solution would be to let players get evaluated and prescribed if recommended. I'm not a pot advocate, just wondering the best way for them to deal with pain besides these other organ damaging drugs, being pot may be the slight of the group.

  2. Read how Harbaugh described Kubiak, he didn't do what I wanted him to do and we won, Kubiak stuck with his guns and we posted a record breaking season other wise we would have had 3 bad seasons. Kubiak is combative, he doesn't care if you're the head coach if you can't lead a great team to greatness. I know yall won't like this post but the year before and after Kubiak is the proof. Flacco and Forsett before injuries.

  3. I'm not glad he's with red because he should be here with us! He should be here mentoring our guys teaching them how break down film and read quarterbacks. He should be teaching our guys how unleash their greatness because you can't coach greatness you can only guide it to the right path.

I'm so freackin pissed off. Maybe I need a snickers or something...

I understand your frustration but harbaugh can't deal with reed kind of greatness. As a true fan of reed I'm glad he's somewhere he can be himself and happy doing his job.

  4. Its Harbaugh who brought the Super Bowl to Baltimore not Rex, every team would love to have John as their head coach.

Correction, it's Flacco and the defense that brought us our 2nd super bowl, it's harbaugh who didn't call a timeout when he saw Cundiff run on the field late to give him time to get ready.

Belly-chick said it himself, he was going to ice Cundiff but saw him run on the field late so he didn't, we had one timeout and our special team head coach wasn't bright enough to know never in the history of football has a kicker ran on the field late. Afterwards Ray Lewis had to give a mastermind speech and announce retirement for us to get the job done, harbaugh could have stayed home all season and let someone else take credit. He did nothing spectacular here except be the speaker of the house.

  5. That's not true, Art moved because the city of Cleveland wouldn't help fund a new stadium. The old dog pound was a crappy stadium. He asked the city to help many times but they chose to build the Cleveland Indians a new stadium and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame instead.

And the reason the baseball team wanted a stadium is for more revenue because they couldn't get a share of the suite revenue. Do the research and you'll see how much money art lost.

  6. Making wholesale changes may sell with the fan base, who want a quick-fix and, often, a scapegoat, but our owner is smarter than that. You have to look no further than our division -- the Cleveland Browns. Could ANY team change coaches more often than they do? And they continue to spiral downward. That Art Modell was a smart guy. Bisciotti is even smarter to listen to him, and his own instincts.

Art Modell left Cleveland because he didn't want to share suite revenue with their baseball team who was also using the football stadium. When the Cleveland Braves built their own stadium Art's revenue dropped drastically prompting him to find a new city who had enough money to build a top of the line stadium as well as support the team. Smart yes, but nothing to do with changing of coaching staff. Steve have enough money and humbleness to honor a handshake and cherish a friendship. Harbaugh's coaching staff seems to be mostly built on friendship and not dominate talent. It's like playing pickup basketball and picking your friends before picking up the guy that can dunk on anyone because he's a stranger.

  7. The all black is by far the sexiest, and I am surprised it's not included.

Everything that has black in it gets my vote.

All black is already apart of the uniform, purple, white, black jersey and black and white pants. So you can mix any combination of those. The question is what 3rd color of pants would you like and with what already in place jersey would you wear them with. My choice is black top purple bottoms. But yes the all black is the best combination, just look so stout.

  8. Defensive backs that make interceptions look like they know where they're suppose to be in coverage our DB's look lost in space and can't play zone to save their lives. Either all our backs went to trash or the secondary coach is coaching trash. I see DB's on other teams covering one man and with awareness slide under another route and snatch it or back pedal enough to quickly react to an out route and jump it. I just don't believe that we don't have the talent, I believe we don't have the right coaches from top to bottom.

  9. He didn't run any harder this week or last week after he lost a fumble against Seattle...

And #30 didn't add anything to the running game, so holding buck out was a bad idea plus he real good catching out the back field. Why don't QB's get pulled for turnovers but running backs do. I'm sure neither is intentionally turning it over. Allen is better than Forsett this season before the injury.
