Big picture is we trade back. Other teams have coveted players and the top five projected aren't the only value. You see multiple teams needing QB's and some teams need other positions as they think they have the nucleus in place to be true contenders. Hence they may be willing to trade for an Elliot or grab a QB that would have normally been deemed in the twenties as a viable stop gap. The Browns have just about gutted their team and may be flush with just picking quality vs. status quo. Everything is fluid and as such teams will be in the hunt for the best possible deal. Even if Goff and Wentz are plucked someone may value the second tier as just important in the today. I think all it takes is reasonable compensation in return. One thing for certain is the next two weeks should shake out the stalemates, wink once if your with us wink twice, if your dead serious about the coin. The current free agents in part have some leverage but most don''t have any. Kap? Where you gonna go dude? RG3 whats the hold up? Fitz - it ain't happening like that! Teams will not sink a team financially because they most likely can go cheap and still get similar results from a draft pick. If the ravens don't get greedy they can solidify the roster. There is a lot of hype about this draft but I truly don't see a gotta have player in the top 5. Like certain players sure, but I don't see a blue chipper without question marks. Scheme specific would be my calling card. And believe it, theres a bevy of it throughout this draft that are plug and play types.
